Just had the worst moving experience ever with this company. First of all, they were supposed to come pack the day prior to the actual move. The time rolled around that they were supposed to call and say they were on their way, but no such call was made. My husband called them and they said they were "running late" and would be there four hours later than the original promised time, so we told them to just wait until the next day and pack and move us in the same day. Well, for packing the next day, we were told itd take two hours to pack and two hours to load..those two things ended up taking 7 hours total. While packing, the first careless mistake was made right off the bat. When they took my dining room table top off, they went to set it down on the floor (obviously not paying any attention) and put right down on top of a dining room window sill and broke the window sill completely off. As they continued to pack, they assured us our things would be packed sufficiently to avoid damages. Now fast forward to delivery. About half of our furniture had the bottom 2" completely uncovered. No blanket, no shrink wrap, nothing. Therefore, our brand new computer desk and bookcase were scratched and dinged. Some areas of them even have the finish completely rubbed off. Same with our childrens bedroom furniture. In addition, they failed to remove the shelves from inside the television stand before packing, so they were flopping around inside the television stand during the entire move. Contents were not removed from inside our dressers, nightstands, or computer desk prior to packing, so all that was was a complete mess at delivery. They also broke the leg off the bottom of our love seat. And to top everything off, one of the moving guys made a sarcastic remark as he was walking through my new home. My husband confronted him, and he engaged in an argument with my husband in an extremely unprofessional manner. In addition to all of this, the sales rep for the company (I guess thats her title; the one who assured us that they were a top-notch company) started completely ignoring my husbands emails/phone calls when he started telling her about all the damages that had occurred. I ended up getting in touch with her boss and supposedly a claims adjuster will be contacting me. We shall see. My family will not ever use this company again nor recommend them to anyone. They are completely careless and unprofessional.

I rarely feel strongly enough in a negative way to write a company review. In this case, I feel the need to let other people know how bad of an experience we had with All my Sons movers. We were moving from a 1800 sf townhouse into a home only miles away from our old one. Lets just say from the beginning we should have known it was going to be a long day.... First, they showed up a few hours late, which most days wouldnt be a big deal but we had made it clear that we were showing our house that afternoon and needed to be out. We hired three movers, the first one in the door had stepped in mud and tracked mud all the way up our carpeted stairs.... The company scheduled 1 experienced mover and 2 with NO experience, so they waited around to be told what to do, ones first day was even that day. Needless to say, it took them 12, yes twelve hours, to move us from our 1,800 sf place and unload in our new home. Keep in mind we were paying hourly, so of course it makes sense for them to schedule two inexperienced movers to "help"! We really felt taken advantage of. There is NO reason it should have taken that long, everything was packed and ready to go outside of them packing a few wardrobe boxes. In the process of moving us out, they knocked up the newly repainted walls so badly we had to have the inside of the house repainted and the carpets on the stairs cleaned again because of the mud tracks mentioned earlier. The worst part of all through this process, was their customer service following up with the paint and the stains all over the stairs, they NEVER and I mean never called us back. My husband called repeatedly and left messages and finally we just got to the point where we dropped it, which it seems like they were hoping we would do. We just gave up, but I would never recommend them to anyone. Hate to be so negative, but people deserve to know what they are getting themselves into.

Completely unacceptable. Told the customer service rep that we needed to move from a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment on the 1st floor to the *second* floor of a house. They sent a 2-man crew and told them it was a 1st floor to 1st floor move. Progress was extremely slow, and the lead stepped out several times to do something on his phone for five minutes while his assistant, who was far more eager to work, wrapped and loaded on his own. Once the lead discovered he would have to move things like desks upstairs, any sense of professionalism dropped, saying, and I quote: "If I had known this was a 2nd floor I never would have taken this damn job in the first place". My wife felt belittled and I was furious. I was told that if I wanted her desk up stairs it would cost another $300 because of how much time it would take to move it, so it got left in the dinning room, but not before they destroyed a drawer while trying to take it out! My father-in-law and I got it up the stairs after they left in less than 30 minutes with no damage to anything. I have never had such an abysmal moving experience, and to be charged $800 for what amounted to a job partially done because they moved like molasses (my father-in-law outpaced them bringing stuff out of the truck for crying out loud), and being on the receiving end of a dressing down, complete with swearing while my wife stood nearby, is too much. This company will never receive my business again and I will post this everywhere I can think to post it. $800 to get belittled and have some of your stuff broken while the movers complain about moving. What a steal.

I was extremely apprehensive about hiring a moving company after hearing horror stories about other peoples moving experiences. However, Joe R. with All My Sons in Aurora, CO put my fears to ease and made the whole process smooth and easy. The team that came to wrap and load my things were professional and very efficient. They did an excellent job wrapping my larger pieces of furniture to ensure nothing would get damaged. The team that unloaded my belongings were contracted with All My Sons, but they were also fantastic. I agreed to a binding price, that way I wouldnt have any surprises or additional costs... it may have been a little more expensive, but was worth the decreased anxiety I had about being charged thousands more than what I had been quoted. The reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is because the prices they charged me for cardboard boxes were ridiculous ($14 for a 1.5 ft x 4 ft. mirror/picture box (they charged me for 3 and only used 1), $36 for a box for my queen mattress, which they didnt bring with them, and $45 for a box for my TV which didnt fit and I had to supply the bubble wrap to stuff the box). They had also quoted my 2-4 business days to deliver the truck and it took them 5 (which isnt a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I had set up several appointments for the day they ended up delivering the truck and had to reschedule everything). If you do decide to use them, make sure to supply your own boxes for appliances/mirrors/etc.
