I scheduled Two Men and A truck 1.5 months in advance of my 9/29/14 move from Ft Worth to Garland, TX and on the original estimate I had a 54" John Deere Riding Mower - a serious and expensive piece of equipment youd think they would have come prepared to move. Well they didnt. I had several issues with the move. One, they told me to ensure I drained the gas - which I did, but they never said anything about draining the oil until the day of. Well thats a problem, because the tools I would have used to drain the oil were already packed up and loaded onto the truck. Secondly, they sent a truck with a broken lift gate so they had no way to load this equipment they had known about for 1.5 months. Third, they argued with me about loading the riding mower for over an hour while they were on the clock. Now eventually, they gave me that hour back in billing. However, that hour of wasted time meant they were driving from Ft. Worth to Garland in peak rush hour traffic and it took them 2 hours to get to Garland instead of the usual 45 minutes. Now, I left at the same time they did from storage in North Richland hills at 5pm, and the other truck they sent to pickup the riding mower left my house in Ft. Worth at 5:35pm and he arrived with the mower in Garland at 6:35 right after I arrived at 6:06. The truck coming with all my other stuff from storage arrived just before 7pm. So they charged me the full 2 hours of transit time. Do you see a problem with that? I certainly do. I dont care that the truck from storage sat in traffic most of that 2 hours barely moving. Thats not my fault. Its their fault for not being prepared for taking the riding mower on the first truck. Its their fault for wasting an hour arguing with me about taking the riding mower in the first place which pushed their leaving from storage for over an hour causing them to leave in peak traffic. Its their fault for being stupid enough to take 635 in peak traffic when they could have saved at least an hour by taking George Bush instead. I shouldnt have to pay for their incompetence. Then they said they would call me first thing in the morning 9/30 to discuss shaving some of the transit time off. Instead, they billed my AMEX for the full amount knowing it was in dispute. So they lied to me. I will be disputing this charge via AMEX now.

My move experienced a number of issues. First, after initially scheduling the move to coincide with our closing on a new home, I contacted the customer service rep about two weeks prior to the originally scheduled move date and indicated the date we had scheduled would not work as the seller of the home we had purchased would not likely vacate the home prior to that date. For some unknown reason, the rep replied and indicated she would leave me on the schedule. On the morning of the originally scheduled move, I received a call from the mover indicating they were on their way. I told them we were not expecting them and told them not to come. Once I had received visibility on the actual exit date of the sellers, I called and rescheduled the move, against my better judgment. During the move, one of the movers broke my sons desk, purchased for less than $100. When advised they would repair and return the desk, I thanked them and indicated it was not a big deal due to the desks purchase price, but did want the possessions in the desk. After one week passed and there was no communication, I followed up and learned the company took the liberty to throw away the entire desk and its contents, including certain property of the US military. Also on the day of the move, the refrigerator door handles were removed to avoid breaking, but the mover had great difficulty in replacing the door handles at the new home. We have been waiting for over one week for satisfaction of this issue, with no end in sight. Overall, communication was terrible and follow up was abysmal. After this experience, I advocate the company change their name to Two Men Who Really Suck!

Worst experience ever. They were over a day late picking up my stuff with no communication until about 7pm on the first night they missed the delivery time. Was promised I would be the first to get moved the next day and was told to be ready by 9am. They didnt show up till the evening of that day. Did not offer any type of discount other than bringing more men. The movers acted like it wouldnt of mattered if I canceled or not and they made me sign a form before they would even move my stuff even though I expected some type of discount that I never received. This move cost me more money then it should due to the fact that I had to pay an extra day to my apartment because they didnt arrive on the day they were supposed to. DO NOT USE THEM. HORRIBLE. Also, you cannot get ahold of them on the weekends unless the driver calls you. I tried calling them for four hours straight after they didnt show up and couldnt get ahold of anyone. Once again DO NOT USE THEM!

I am writing this for my mother Johnnie Middlebrooks. A week and half ago your people came in and pack her and moved her to east Texas and I want to thank you from me and my family. Also she told me how impressed she was with them and how they did a fantastic job on packing and moving her. Nothing was broke and they labeled everything so it would be easier for to understand and unpack. She also said she would highly recommended them to ever might need to move. And she would also like for you to be sure and tell the gentleman thank you and was nice meeting them.

DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK! I filled out all the things that needed to be moved in our home and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK never got back with me. I gave them our moving date and they never had the courtesy to call or email us back. I emailed them about it and they still will not respond. The last time I checked that is not good customer service TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Please, whatever you do use another moving company. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK do not care regardless of their slogan!
