Just went in and finished my workout on a day pass here. As all gyms do, they offered me a "special promotion" that was admittedly a decent deal ($20 enrollment and 20 a month). I declined initially as I was only trying gyms since I recently moved to the area. Pros: The locker room was very nice and cleanly kept. It also had direct access to the sauna area. The cardio area upstairs seemed very nice and had a large number of machines from treadmills to row machines. There was a lot of machines and equipment (more later). There was a single Racquet court and a basketball court as well. Lastly, a separate womens area for training and a cardio theater are also included ***there are group classes but none were going on at the time to see. Im guessing some les mills classes are included.*** Cons: I myself have worked at 3 different gyms (2 corporate and 1 individually owned) and have never seen a more disengaging group of workers on staff. We were always prided on knowing names and making the gym an experience and a group of people who could hold you accountable. I did not get that vibe as I went through my workout. Trainers are secluded and had headphones on and gave short points as I asked where a foam roller was (they only had 2...). The front desk employee had a look of boredom and disgust even as I came in looking to try out their gym. Second, if you are wanting a functional workout with power movements or need space try somewhere else. There is a patch of open area as you walk in to the right and technically the court is one but I never saw someone not on the court playing basketball. I personally love these type of workouts and try to avoid machines. If you dont mind machines or dont need a good amount of space, maybe this is okay with you Third, I have an issue with the number of plates vs the amount of machines. There seemed to be a tiny amount of plates for the vast amount of machines they had. It took me about 5-7 minutes to find 2 10 lb plates! Also bits of trash are all over the place (paper towels, chalk, random things here and there not put up). Part of that is members and the other part is the crew not caring enough to keep it looking nice. Lastly and one of the biggest things I found wrong was when I was dealing with the manager and sales consultant, never given any names btw, I was laughed and locked for giving my honest opinion of the gym and when I told them I wanted to shop the other gyms including lifetime. When I dont even get a name, when I am not engaged or questioned about my goals or even have a conversation besides pricing (no joke). Then that tells me all they want is my money and they arent a place that will care about changing lives or meeting goals after that fact. I do understand that it is a business still, but when you are in the health and wellness business, people and their goals are your priority and what will improve your business. The building and machines arent the important part; the crew running it is. Hope this helps some of you. Remember always look for a gym the cares about you first and then your money.

I have heard good things about this gym, HOWEVER, I went there personally last night to try their 5 day pass thinking it would be a simple process. First red flag is when I filled out the little information on the website, they did not give a form to fill out etc. I got an email saying someone will contact you about the 5 pass. Okay??? Never heard anything. My boyfriend and I went over the gym around 8pm (he is already a member). We walked in and my first impression was this rude, stand off-ish woman who looked at me like I was some alien. She did not say hello/greet me and didnt really say anything at all. I had to talk with the other girl (blondish hair, super nice!) who directed me around the counter. They seemed shocked that I came in without scheduling an appointment. They took my ID (didnt say why), handed me a clipboard and directed me to sit in a lobby area where I was supposed to wait for a guy named Christian. My boyfriend came over to me and was confused as to why I was sitting there..I had no idea. A couple minutes later "Christian" came over and introduced himself. He asked me questions that no one has any business knowing. I felt slightly violated. He then asked me my weight and how much I want to lose. At first I refused to be weighed and questioned what he would do with the information. He paused like he didnt know what to say and said, "Well you need to know and so do we to track your goals." Ummmmmm if I am not interested in 1-1 personal training you do not need my detailed goals and information. I was forced to stand on the scale or I wouldnt be able to work out. I told him my estimated weight before I got on and when I found out my actual weight he said, "See this is why we check your weight, are you sure you still want to only lose 20-30?" EXCUSE ME??? I was totally disgusted by that comment and the fact that he could not tell me why he needed all the info. After that little meeting, I lost all motivation to workout and ended up feeling mentally bullied about my body. I tried to lift a little and do cardio but it wasnt happening. As we were leaving I asked for my ID. The girl at the front had no idea where it was. Ended up being in Christians pocket...why do you have my ID in your pocket?! He then proceeds to ask me if I enjoyed my workout. I responded with, "no, it was whack." My boyfriend stayed inside and chewed out the staff because of how disrespectful and rude they were. The manager (James) ended up giving me a "VIP 7 day guest pass" for my troubles. He acted like he cared and supposedly was conveniently talking to his staff about how to go about things differently. This gym gave me terrible vibes. The equipment and location itself is wonderful but the staff, management etc needs to be fired or just renewed with someone else. Whoever trained or should I say didnt train these people is at fault. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Let me preface that this is the first time I have ever written a review. To summarize, the gym is very nice but the staff and sales people were so bad that it completely turned me off. I was there on a guest pass and the guest pass only allows you access to certain areas. No basketball court or racquet ball access but you have to read the fine print to know that. I calmly told the sales person that I just wanted to try the gym along with the competitor gyms to see what I liked most before signing up. Rather than listening to me to let me try it out, he kept pushing me to join lowering the price lower and lower. This went on for 20 minutes. I gave valid reasons as to why the gym may not work for me since I need something nation wide due to location of my work and work travel. The sales person actually agreed with me at one point but kept pushing. In fact, at one point the sales person told me to join today then see how much of a hassle it is to drive from work and then cancel later. By the end of the 40 min speech and childish mandatory walkthrough, I was finally awarded my guest pass. At this time I did not know I could not go into the basketball court. I went in and was approached by the sales person and manager to leave. After arguments with my friend (member there) and myself, they agreed to let us stay in there due to how few people there were in there. Bottom line, I cannot justify ever giving this type of business a dollar. Their model and treatment of customers do not deserve money regardless of how low they take their monthly dues. I would not recommend this gym to anyone purely because of management and their staff. Please read the other reviewers as well, it sounds like they had the same experience when wanting to try it out. Gyms rely so much on good word of mouth and spend so much money advertising and doing whatever they can to get people in the door to try it out. Amazing how they treat the customer once they get in the door. I blame poor management and awful sales people.
