I have never been so anxious, to a point where I was shaking from talking to a manager, and having a manager talk to me like that. I came in booked my appointment before hand and explained exactly what I wanted on the phone… As soon as I got to the counter I heard the salon manager complaining about customers being rude and ugly to herSeeing that I was there she continued her conversation, then came up and pulled me up in the computer, will she kept trying to tell me that I needed to get my roots done and toned and they might have time for something else but I had a two hour window booked when I supposedly needed a four hour… I calmly explained to her everything I told the girl on the phone, and even showed pictures. I am a platinum blonde, and just wanted to go up lighter to a silver or an ash. She kept interrupting me, cutting me off, and finally I had to ask her to please stop so I could just show her the picture… after talking to me for about two minutes, she threw her hands up in the air and said I cant even do this you obviously dont want to hear what I have to say Im going to get the regional manager thats here. As I stopped crying and shaking I explained to the regional manager and Im assuming the full on Ulta manager and they were so nice and wonderful, and helped me get an appointment at a different Alta today that I am on my way to now. They were extremely apologetic and very sorry for the extremely rude salon managers disposition. I know they are trying Bring new employees to that location, hopefully they start with a new salon manager. Thats kind of a big area where you dont want to piss people off.

Went to return something yesterday and the lady johnea was rude she refused to return it because i didnt have a receipt for it. I know she couldve returned it and given me a store credit but she wouldnt then I called today because I left behind a liquid lipstick I purchased on the 8th I was accused of being a thief they said they had to "investigate" and check the cameras and someone would call me back .. no one ever called back and I still dont have the liquid lipstick. Everytime I come to this ulta I get someone who is rude to me.

Im a Canadian tourist who stopped in to pick up some products we dont have back home- when I saw the salon I asked if they had room for a wash and blowout. They fit me in, and both the salon manager and her apprentice were awesome. Got a clarifying shampoo, and deep conditioning, for $20! Great service! The only downside were the product displays- testers were all in bad shape, broken and dirty. They were also sold out of multiple brands which was disappointing.

I went to this store and basically ignored. When I asked for assistance, employee appeared irritated to assist me which wasnt much help. I did purchase products that didnt work for my skin tone (over $100). I called to try to talk to a manager which was unsuccessful. The entire store appear to be racist by action of employees and by the products they carry. I will never step foot in there again.

I came into this store on a whim one day and decided to get my eyebrows done. Ive been going to a different place for years and to say my eyebrows were in terrible shape is an understatement. Sue from the brow bar is AMAZING! She fixed my eyebrows, we chat the whole time, and you can tell she loves what she does. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars I would. Every employee walked by and said nothing to me or asked if I needed assistance. When I asked someone for a certain product she said no and walked away. She didnt even offer a substitute or another product. Horrible customer service, I will never return to this location again.

If I could give zero stars I would. The associate manager Najia was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I watched her interact with other customers and was appalled by the sny remarks and eye rolling. Didnt say thank you to any of the customers she interacted with. I would never hire her as a manager.

Everytime i have been in this store the associates and managers are flat out rude. They act like any coupon or offer that is given to you for being a member shouldnt be free. It says free! Its what gets us into the store and rewards us for being a member. I will not shop here ever again!

Just bought a tarte mascara, they claimed the put it in my bag but didnt. They supposedly checked the cameras and blamed me for it. Will never spend my money here again, Ill stick to Sephora and their honesty.
