I went into Toni and Guy for the first time on July 1st. I visited this salon for a haircut. Upon arrival I was checked in at the frontdesk. The young lady who came to get me said hi and showed me to my chair, never told me her name. She then talked a little about my hair and how damaged it was "which I knew". After the consultation she walked me to the back and washed my hair. In the back she asked if the water temperature was fine and that was all she never talked to me again. After my hair being washed we went back to the station and she started brushing my hair. Long story short I was there for about 1 hour and she never socialized with me. The only words out of her mouth during that hour were, "Hi, is the water fine? And your hair is very damaged this is the shampoo, conditioner and hair mask I recommend, you can pay for those up front". I experienced horrible customer service. I got a hair cut and purchased 2 products, I spent $100 and it was a horrible experience and will never be visiting again.

I normally dont write reviews but I decided this was necessary. I scheduled an appointment with a girl named Megan. My last stylist screwed up my hair pretty badly so I felt a bit iffy since this girl has never cut my hair before but let me just say... I dont regret it. Shes a really talented individual. Will be coming back in a few months for sure. I love my cut ❤️ I feel pretty.

I normally dont write reviews but yesterday I went to tony n guy for a simple bang trim and I have to say the experience was great! The people there were so nice and the guy that cut my hair really cracked me up. I had a hell of a week and I was really feeling down and they definitely had me walking out there with a smile on my face, as well as a new sense of confidence.

I use Lora and Cory they are both awesome Lora does such a great job on my hair I really messed it up last year and she got me in and fixed it and it was beautiful! Cory omg such a fantastic funny guy he knows how to cut hair and he does it like a true artist he can brighten your day in second love this place wont go anywhere else !

A bit pricey but worth it! Jessica has done a great job with color and highlights and Corey cuts my hair beautifully and leaves me with a happy face. They have all been friendly and very helpful m!

Wife was suppose to get hair layered and slit ends taken care of but came back looking the exact same. Split ends still very visible and when wife aint happy, my life aint happy.
