NEVER AGAIN!! The $15.50 price sucked me in & made ME the sucker! It was NOTHING like the picture i gave her! Then, she did a hack job on my bangs. She couldnt angle my bangs so she just kept cutting! My mom, a former hairdresser, tried to help & the girl got upset, mouthy, & condescending! She tried to say it was the style job, then it was that i picked a cut that would not work with my hair! Then, she still charged me!! She should be paying me for my embarassment! When I straightened my hair it was all uneven. One side was layered & the other side wasnt & was side was shorter than the other! I had to go to work right after! She didnt even offer to fix it if i came back. I contacted corporate & was never contacted back! Obviously, this company does not care about their customers as long as they can still charge you!

I love the reasonable prices. Plus they do student discounts. I always love my hair when I leave. The only downfall is that they have a high turnover rate of stylist.

I got a cut and color done, it took longer than I anticipated but it was such a nice job on it. The woman really took her time and was careful, it turned out great!
