Wow.. Im at a loss. What an awful experience. I went to check out the gym about a month ago without knowing anything about it. After being given a tour (which was really just following someone around for a total of three minutes as they pointed to the general areas and said virtually nothing), I was given pricing that seemed reasonable and accepted. The next day, I received a call from the manager who indicated that the pricing I agreed to was a mistake, but offered to honor it. This didnt inspire confidence in their organization, but I accepted. A few weeks later, I noticed charges on my credit card number that didnt add up to what they offered. I called to inquire, but they couldnt explain the difference. Someone called me back later and explained that there was another initiation fee that wasnt accounted for and that I was accidentally overcharged another $32 for an unknown reason, but that it would be refunded once they figured out how to process it. At this point Im quite frustrated and suggested that they refund the second initiation fee to make up for all of these on-going miscommunications. Instead they decided to cancel my membership all together. What a waste of time..... What an incredibly disorganized and poorly run business. Avoid at all costs.

Not worth the money. Waited for the massage therapist to get me then filled out forms and finally started the treatment about 20 minutes late. However, she still ended on time and I paid for the full time despite that I was waiting for her. The front desk offered to give me $10 back and said a manager would call me - two weeks later and still no call. There are better places to go in town which are much less expensive and more professional.
