DO NOT RENT WITH ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS SCAMMING COMPANY. They changed their name from PPA to CLEAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Having serious noise issues with a loud and disruptive neighbor during late hours of the night. Spoke with Melissa, the area/regional manager about this and she acted like she didnt give a damn at all and refused to even help or address the issue. She told me that I needed to call the police and have them listen to the noise and she lied and said that she would "continue the process" if I allowed the police inside to listen. Ive called the police a total of 28 times and invited them inside my apt multiple times to listen to the noise and Clear Property Management aka PPA still has FAILED to do anything about this disruptive neighbor. I spoke with the president of the company, Courtney, and she acted as if she didnt give a damn either and refused to do anything about this neighbor. She lied and said that she would ask the neighbor to leave if he continued the noise but when I emailed her about every single step that Ive taken by even making recordings of the noise, she IGNORED my email. I called her and left a voicemail message the next day and she IGNORED that as well. I sent her another one and she said that she just forwarded my email to Melissa who IGNORED me as well! They refuse to let me get out of my lease unless I pay them to break the lease which is THOUSANDS of dollars and half of what I owe for a years worth of rent!!! These people do NOT care about the comfort of their residents at all. They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS, SCAMMERS and DO NOT CARE ABOUT RESIDENTS PROBLEMS. THEY WILL JUST IGNORE ALL OF YOUR EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. I WONT EVER rent at another property owned by CLEAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. When I told Melissa and Courtney that I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, they literally said that they didnt care! I submitted a complaint on them to the Better Business Bureau and they didnt respond! This company is run by scheming, insensitive bitches with no sympathy or care for the comfort of their residents. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL. These people need to be shut down! VERY DISPLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE!!!

They changed their name to CLEAR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT by the way. The president of this company, Courtney Gaines needs to be fired and replaced, including the regional/area manager Melissa Drewitt. They ignore serious emails from PAYING RESIDENTS of their property about serious complaints. They dont do s*** to resolve anything or help you at all. Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau and they refused to respond or cooperate. Ive been told this is a norm for them to ignore BBB complaints. They wont be able to ignore a LAWSUIT.

I am renting a apartment with this company its been infested with flees for about 11 months now and the manager from this office DEBBIE is always giving stupid excuses of how the whole country is infested with flees .This lady is a racist and should be fired for her incompetence of never solving any problems in this place .DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE ITS VERY NASTY AND ITS NOT WORTH PUTTING YOUR HEALTH IN DANGER!!!!!!!THIS LADY WANTS US TO LIVED LIKE PIGS IM TIRED OF THIS ....DO NOT RENT IN THIS PLACE......
