My unit was 18 years old and after giving up on my worthless home warranty policy, I turned to Team Mechanical. Transparency is key for me and thats what they gave me. I heard horror stories from different people regarding their air conditioning units, hidden charges, and jobs half way done. When they came out to look at my unit, they were very descriptive and informative, showing me where the problems were. They actually gave me options which was nice to have when you might have to replace a unit. Price was fair and they were quick to schedule the job. The day they came to install my new unit, they told me theyd be there at 8:00 am to start. I was drinking my coffee and watching the garage for them when they pulled up (by my clock 8:01), right on time. One of the guys apologized immediately for being late (which wasnt a problem at all, I just thought the professionalism was exceptional). Anyway, the guys did a fantastic job, and did it all in one day. In an industry where its easy not to trust companies, I 100% trust the guys at Team Mechanical.

I had AC and Heating issues with my older unit for sometime. I had 3 different companies come out and didnt have a clue what to do with our thermostat, let alone fix our issue, usually made it worse. Tmech knew how to deal with our thermostat and deal with the issue quickly. We know it is time to get a new AC unit (ours is pushing 18 years) and we cant wait for Tmech to put in a new Lennox system that will save us significantly in our electric bills. I guess we were just waiting for the right company we could trust!

These guys, and one gal, absolutely killed it with service and attention to detail. I have three kiddos five and under and the house was 84 degrees. They came out the next day after I called and had new units and duct installed by the time I got home from work. Everyone was professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them to come check out your AC system if you are having any issues.
