UPDATE I am changing from one star to four…After contacting the company’s senior leadership to voice our concerns, they went out of their way to make the situation right. They sent the original crew leader, a new crew leader, and the State of Florida lead to our house to ensure we were satisfied with the product and service. By the end of the meeting, they not only agreed to fix our situation but also went above and beyond to purchase and install pieces that made our kitchen complete. While the process in its entirety was not the best initially, it is nice to know that when they feel as though they have made a mistake they go back and address it with the customer. I truly feel as though they tried their very best to resolve the situation to our satisfaction and did so immediately. Original We live in Florida and were scheduled for a 3-day install. On the first day one team member came to the house while the rest of the crew was finishing another job. On the second day the 4 man crew came and accomplished a good deal but when they had to make some changes to the job they didn’t return until 5:30 pm to start work. With a 2 year old in the house, we were less than pleased. The next day they again came after being at another job site. The excuse was we were working until 1:30 in the morning last night and are really backed up. When we complained about their performance things continued to get worse. After our counter top company informed us that they wouldn’t install counters on their faulty work Traemand informed us that they would charge us a $250 go back fee and $190 dollars for each cabinet they had to fix. They also informed us that if they did not do the work they would not provide a warranty. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hope IKEA reconsiders using them as a qualified vendor. They are obviously overbooking jobs and doing sloppy work in an attempt to keep up.

I contracted service with this company thru Ikea. The experience was horrific and still is to date! SO you spend your hard earned money on cabinets and go with the service provider Ikea recommended because you believe you will get an installation that is worthy of your investment. Well with this company YOU WONT! The 1st issue I encountered was the lack of follow thru with appt dates. Calling the day before to tell me they were swamped and had to move me back a week and leaving me without a kitchen for 10 days. ( In fairness to them they offered a 10% discount for the troubles) . Then on instal date the person shows an hour late, leaves at 3PM and no one tells me when someone is coming back neither date nor time! I frantically email and call all of the contacts I can find to find out if someone is coming on Sat? Sun? Mon? WHEN? No response except for the 6:30 AM on a SUN and calls ( multiple of calls!) to pick up an empty pallet in the garage! 6:30 AM on a SUNDAY! Then mon rolls around and I attempt to reach all my contacts again with no response or communications until late in the day when I finally got a hold of the Regional Manager Curtis. He assured me we will resolve this once the kitchen is in and I am satisfied. I gave them the opportunity to resolve it and what do you thin happened?? Well kitchen installed POORY ( I have pictures included) and guess who never followed up to discuss the situation or status?? You guessed it.. FLAKEmend Installations! However they had no issue trying to pull the payment without so much as an email, call or my receipt. They left scratched cabinets, handles hung crooked, trash EVERYWHERE and NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! They are hardly worthy of anyones money or business. I will NEVER use Ikea again for installation because of this experience.

UPDATE!! I went from 1 star to 4 in updating my review. (Read original review below ) I had voiced my frustrations about this install through all avenues possible. I called their customer service, I emailed multiple people , I wrote reviews (like this) and so on - to no avail. So why the change of heart? Simply put, the leadership. My experience is an example of what can happen when the President of a company cares about customers and has integrity. I got the Presidents phone number from the CSR and when I called him I received a call back the next day. He took the time to have an in depth conversation about my install experience and the very next day sent leadership to my home to "make it right". And make it right they did. They went above and beyond to repair, reimburse and reconfigure the kitchen in order to leave us satisfied with our final product. And it all happened that very same day. We couldnt believe it! Companies can and will make mistakes but its the responsiveness that can make all the difference and in this case, it did. Very pleased and heartened at how this company made it right. ORIGINAL REVIEW ----> Ikea - find another installer! Worst and most frustrating experience ever! The installers were coming to my home at 530pm to start their day! What??!! Didnt communicate at all. And worse, when I complained to treamand, they found a way to drag out the job and charge extra fees. traemand is in it for the money and doesnt care about the actions or work ethic of their sub contractors. Trust me, spare yourself the agony of working with this shifty, overpriced company and choose another installer! The worst!!

I got this subcontractor company through Ikea. All they were doing was blaming other employees within the company and Ikea. In conclusion Nobody did anything wrong but the customer. They did not coordinate anything but I had to call and follow up with them everything single time. It was lucky if I get any emails or calls after numerous tries from them. Employees are there to collect checks and do minimum work and dont care about the customers and that tells me the company itself does not have good culture. Let me just say that I had to work with them to get just my kitchen cabinets done after painful two months of perseverance. And my kitchen cabinet was measured and installed wrong so my right fridge door is rubbing against a door frame every time I open that side of the fridge and damaging it. 7/20/17 Late Update I need to update my review because it wouldnt be fair for those who actually care about the company and work that they do. Greg from Traemand reached out to me to fix the cabinets and scheduled to send someone however first person never showed up. I thought it was really strange but I called them again and they hung up on me on my first call and I tried to call them again and fortunately this time I was able to schedule for the second person to come out. They sent some people over and moved the one side of cabinets couple more inches to give more room for the fridge door. So thank you traemand for taking over two months to install the cabinets. Your work was good but I still cant recommend this company to anyone.

I am writing to complain about the piss poor job the traemond installer did on my kitchen. He had a very bad attitude, swore constantly in Russian (which I understand), refused to listen to me, badmouthed the assigned Traemond designer and was such a bad and lazy worker that I could not wait for him to leave my home. Now when I am putting my kitchen away I find that he really did a such poor job and didnt ask me about several important decisions, which I will have to fix myself. I am beside myself with fury. I am writing to let you know that I instead of enjoying moving into my new kitchen I am feeling rage towards him. He made decisions and my husband signed the satisfaction contract with an urgency to have him leave our home. His energy is very stubborn and he is very difficult to communicate with. He refused to install my sink under the specification of the plans but finally I got him to follow the plan. He was very unwilling to cooperate. He never finished installing the sink citing that it was the responsibility of the plumber and we believed him, but our seasoned foreman stated that he should have completed the sink installation as per the contract. The door next to the fridge is put in backwards so that the fridge does not open all the way. The drawers are put in places which I did not specificy and now we have to move 3 of the drawers. I am severely dissatisfied.
