I hired Clean Cut Contractors to build an 800 square addition onto my home. From start to finish it was a pleasure to work with them. The bid was easy to understand, and made sense, unlike some of the other bids I received, and it was also very competitive. The owner, Zack Casebolt, is incredibly knowledgeable and always had great ideas and suggestions during the process. As with any project this size, we ran into unexpected issues. Zack always had answers on how to fix them, and usually more than one option, along with the pros and cons of each suggestion he made. Any time I wanted to make a change or add something there was never any push back or resistance. Zack always made sure he understood what I was asking for, and then he would come up with a way to make it happen. The few times I had issues, or mistakes were made, there were never any excuses, they were just fixed, and fixed correctly. He had amazing attention to detail, and his availability was impressive. I dont think there was a time when I contacted him, whether by email, text or phone that it took longer than 12 hours for him to answer. Even on weekends. At one point during the evening we had some water issues due to heavy rains and he was on our roof with extra tarps 20 minutes after I called. Its really hard to find service like that today. Even at the very end, when the construction was complete and we were working through the punch list there was no resistance. Each item was taken care of, regardless of how small or insignificant it seemed. And it was taken care of properly. Henry, who did most of the punch list work was meticulous and exacting. It never felt like he was rushing to finish up. He was always more concerned with getting it done correctly and making sure I was happy. I am so impressed with this company, their people and the constant high level of professionalism. When I have people come over they are impressed with the beautiful addition I have, and they almost always comment that from the outside they couldnt even tell it wasnt an original part of the house. The transition on the inside of the house flows so well that they often cant tell where the old ended and the new started. That is quality craftsmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have construction or remodel work done.

We used Clean Cut Contractors to do a large home renovation recently. We really enjoyed the way they lead us through the process of remodeling. They gave us a detailed estimate showing costs and also had there designer give us ideas and a quote on just design fees with no obligation to use their firm. We were so impressed with them that we moved forward with their design team and came up with a better design than we could have ever imagined. We were so impressed to this point that we decided to use Clean Cut for the renovation as well. The team hit the ground running and was very organized and methodical about how they went about their work. They put down plastic and protected our home in ways we never thought possible. They cleaned up every day and each Clean Cut Contractor was unique and specialized in their trade. We liked that all the tradesman were part of the same team and we didn’t have to work with 5 different companies. The “In House” concept they work is truly unique. They all watched out for one another and made sure that the transitions in project commencement went smoothly and they communicated our wishes, desires, and all our designs were followed. This Firm was exceptional! They didn’t nickel and dime us in any way and we had very few change orders that were all a result of US adding neat extras that made our project even more custom. We wouldn’t hesitate to refer this firm to any one! They weren’t the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We felt we got White glove service for a median price. We checked them out throughly only to find that they have an untarnished reputation for quality, honesty, and integrity. Do your home work then hire these guys!

Zack’s kitchen designers consulted with us for the design of our new kitchen. They analyzed our wants and needs, and well as our available space, and provided multiple design options. They met with us and revised the designs multiple times, until we had design that we liked and fit our needs. They provided insightful advice on options that would make the kitchen easier to use, and helped us pick out cabinet and counter top finishes. Zack provided estimates for every option, and made sure we understood everything. Zack’s crew handled demolition, construction, plumbing, and electrical with professionalism and quality. They kept us up-to-date on their progress, and made sure that the rest of our house stayed clean during their work. The end result is that we have a kitchen that maximizes both storage and work space, looks great, and we couldn’t be happier with it.

I can not describe how utterly happy I am with the work that Clean Cut Contractors did in my home! I have had issues in the past with contractors doing shotty work, so in the beginning I was not the easiest customer. Zach spent a good amount of time coming up with the best way to fix my shower issue and calm my fears. I was very busy during the renovation and they handled everything with very little distraction to my work. They were in and out in 3 weeks and I couldnt be happier. They took care of some HVAC, wood flooring and drywall issues I had all at the same time as the bathroom. They were extra clean and even touched up some paint after the drywall for free. If you are a busy professional and want a company that will respect the use of your time, be clean and thoughtful, then I can not recommend Clean Cut enough!! See you guys the next time I renovate!

After months of shopping and interviewing different architects and contractors and suppliers, we signed on with Clean Cut Contractors. Working with Zack and his group wasn’t just easy, it was actually pleasurable. They provided us with an array of options based on our budget. I had never undertaken a project of this size (adding 400 square feet above a garage) so really had no idea how or where to start. Normally there would be stress involved in tearing the top off of your house, but the project flowed so seamlessly and quickly, I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. The company did good work with polite and professional employees. The thing that set them apart from past contactors that I have used was their customer service. My calls and e-mails were returned promptly and the employees treated my home and family with respect. I would not hesitate to let any of their employees into my home. I will not use another general contractor again as long as I can use Clean Cut Contractors.
