About 8 years ago I discovered major problems with mold under the outside stucco of our large home. We discovered there was no moisture shield installed by the original stucco installers years before, which resulted in mold growing around EVERY window and door. We were referred to RAM Builders as the experts in mold damage and professional restoration. It took several months to totally reskin our home with new plaster. RAM Builders were great to work with and respectful of our home and our privacy. Their workers were friendly and efficient. The house was flashed correctly, and the stucco still looks as new as the day they installed it. We have had no further problems with the stucco on the house since they corrected the problem from the other company that had originally installed it (which are now out of business). I would recommend RAM to anyone wanting their stucco done properly. Jeff Flamm

I have never written a review for a business, but this company deserves your attention! My husband and I wanted to do some updating to our 70s home. We found RAM Builder, Inc. by recommendation. That was a decision with NO regrets...Our dream was to enclose our deck and make it a great room. This remodel began and was completed right on schedule. We love it, the windows, doors, walls are just as just perfect. We additionally wanted to resurface the exterior front of our home with stucco. Wow! A beautiful gray that matched the exterior brick perfectly, another selling point for this company. RAM enclosed our car port, built a shed behind the garage and added a waterproof deck with railing. Awesome remodel job RAM Builders! Try this company!

RAM Builders did a terrific job for us on our Stucco/Flashing Repair. We had bought a new house that turned out to have some long-running water damage and dry rot. Shaan and his crew diagnosed the issue, scheduled us for the construction, ordered new windows to replace the old ones, and did a very thorough and professional job. They also cleaned up the construction site well and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I have since monitored the area where we had leaks and, so far, we have not had any more water leaks or water damage in the areas that Shaan and RAM Builders fixed. They were very thorough in their work and we were glad that they finished the work for us before the snow and rains started falling.

We had a very good experience with Ram Builders. We required their services a couple of years after we moved into a newly built custom home when several of our windows starting leaking as a result of faulty subcontracting work. The original builder went out of business, and the subcontractor was no longer to be found. Ram Builders is a professional organization, and they know how to get the job done. They removed a large amount of stucco, caulked and re-papered many windows, followed by a re-stucco. I highly recommend working with Shaan, who is a person of integrity. I was also impressed by the job foreman, who was conscientious and easy to communicate with.

We highly recommend Ram Builders for any exterior needs. We had a leak in one of our main floor windows but didnt know where it was coming from. We tried various ways of fixing it but no luck so we decided to call Ram Builders. Shaan and his team were very professional and thorough. They were able to pull off what needed to be and found that our windows were installed incorrectly. They fixed the windows, re patched and stuccoed and matched our exterior color so that you cant tell any work was even done. We havent had a problem since. They are very honest, easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the work that was accomplished by RAM builders, they were very thorough in the repairs to our entry way wall. We had water damage that was discovered during the removal of the stucco. The workers removed the stone face that was part of the wall and were able to complete the job without damaging any of the stone. I would readily use RAM again because of the very detailed and professional work they do.
