They were able to come out same day when others could not fit me in, but there were aspects that I found disappointing. The technician replaced the capacitor and told me the motor was going to need to be replaced soon. He was right there looking at the motor when he quoted a price to replace it and said he would deduct the cost of the capacitor if he installed the motor as the motor already comes with a capacitor. I had to talk with the landlord first though, and when he approved of the price I called Larsen back to confirm what the technician had told me. The guy on the phone said "as long as the technician quoted the correct motor then that it the correct price". So I had them come back out to install the motor, but lo and behold, the technician discovered that my furnace takes a different model of motor that is actually $200 more. The technician was just there 2 days prior, looking right at the motor, and he never noted the model when he made the quote?? I felt like it was a classic bait and switch tactic and I declined the motor install. I had already received a free diagnosis from another company that had come out the day before and did a quote on my specific motor and their quote was lower than this new price Larsen was offering. So, as soon as I get approval from my landlord on the other quote I will be giving them a call.

Larsen Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company! We have used them several times.. just recently and also in the past. In the past, they have helped us with a furnace we had in a rental property that was having trouble. They have also helped us with a water heater that had gone out in our own residence. We didnt have any hot water and they were so quick to get to our house and get the problem fixed. It ended up just being a part that needed to be replaced.. it was so painless and we had hot water again in no time. Most recently, our furnace was acting up. Bret came to the house when he said he would. He explained the problem to me. He educated me about how the furnace works and what created the problem. The quoted price was acceptable to me.. better then I thought it would be! He was very knowledgeable, professional and also showed integrity. He worked swiftly and got the job done. It was great to work with Larsen Heating and Air.. not only once, but three times! I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We called several places on a Sunday morning looking for someone to fix our furnace. Larsens Heating and Air Conditioning called me within 15 minutes. While on the phone with Brett he explained what he thought the problem might be and told me he could be there within the the hour. He was right on time and quickly went to work to find the problem. He performed several tests on the the old furnace checked it top to bottom. He located the problem and repaired quickly. When he was done and the furnace was working he once again checked it to make sure everything was right and working proper. While he was there I couldnt help but notice how careful and clean he was while in the home. I was pleasantly surprised when Brett was finished that the repairs were just as he had thought they would be and the cost of the repairs were just as quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Larsens Heating and Air Conditioning.

I hired Larsen Heating and Air to come out and repair a problem with my A/C unit. The tech who came over worked on the unit for almost 2 hours trying to figure out why the fan would not run. He checked the compressor specifically and said it was fine, but after trying dozens of times to get the fan to start the compressor burned up. Now the unit worked when he arrived and was broke 2 hours later so I think the problem falls on the company. Bret the owner boasts about his "customer service" but when there is a problem and true customer service counts this guy is rude and arrogant. This is a small company and I would look elsewhere because as long as things go well then its easy to say how great they take care of their customers. When things go wrong this company is horrible. The company who referred these guys is still apologizing and offered discounts on a new unit. Now Bret that is customer service.

Elias came and checked out my air conditioner today. I had done some research online and figured out what the problem might be, but I wanted to feel confident that I wasnt screwing anything up. Im really glad he came because he explained my system and every step of what he was doing. Then he taught me a bunch of maintenance tips to keep it running well. He even discovered a major fire hazard from previous negligence that I wouldve known nothing about, and that added to my peace of mind. I have a very accurate BS meter, so after reading the reviews on here I decided to try these guys. Mostly because Im on a tight budget and I hate getting ripped off. The cost was way less than I had even hoped, and he was on time, respectful and really professional. Mostly, I love that theyre so honest. Way to be, guys.

I called Larsen Heating and Air Conditioning today since my furnace wasnt working,I liked how fast they answered the phone to when they Tech Brett called me back,and from the time he came into our home to the time he left when the problem was fixed,He was very nice and professional and fast at finding out what the issue was and fixed it right away,Brett,didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need to fix our furnace. And the cost was very easy on the pocket he was up front with our options on how to fix the furnace,And what it would cost to fix the furnace.Now my furnace works better then it ever did before.Our furnace pushes out the heat like its a brand new furnace.I will use Larsen Heating and Air Conditioning Company again.

I had an issue with my HVAC system last week, the guys I normally use for HVAC were delayed for 2 weeks, so I went on the hunt via Google reviews. I ended up at this company based on what I read on Google, the lady who answered was very friendly and professional and gave me some things to check on my HVAC side. We scheduled an appointment for today (Monday). The gentleman that arrived was friendly and professional as well, he talked me through everything and charged a very fair amount for the diagnosis and repair. I am very happy from this experience and will continue to use this company for all my HVAC needs, based on what I experienced with them, I would happily recommend Larson to anyone.

I was having trouble with my furnace not working properly so after calling a couple different companies and having them tell me they couldnt make it for two to three days I decided to call Larsen Heating and Air. The tech that arrived was Shaun. Despite being a service person he was very friendly and informed me in a short period of time that my gas valve was not working properly. The best part was that he took the time to check if the part was still under warranty. To my luck it was! He was able to pick up the part and install it with no trouble and only charged for the labor to install it. Im very pleased with Larsen Heating and Air and would recommend them to anyone
