Worse customer service in town! I would not recommend Broadway Appliance for the following reasons: (1) Russ is totally unprofessional, he continued to talk over me and wouldnt listen to the "problem" I was having with an appliance, (2) the customer is WRONG!, (3) unaccommodating to customer needs, (4) Unprofessional. If you wish to be treated like carp, then this is the place for you, otherwise find a more reputable, reliable, and professional place to buy a quality item. I had a stove delivered which is not up-to-par unless you like cooking on 7, otherwise the range doesnt get up to temp. I was cooking some beef/bacon skewers, Safeway Private Selection brand, which instructed to cook at 475F (I know its high, but that is the instructions) and it took 20mins to get to temp and another 40 minutes to cook. All Russ could focus on was "Why you cooking things on high?" and "No one ever cooks on high, you should cook on 350F". Well, it doesnt take a scientist to figure this one out, but if I wouldve cooked on 350F, I doubt it wouldve taken less time. And hey, if I want to cook on 600F, thats my choice, what difference does it make. If an appliance is of good quality, cook on what you want. Its America, were free buddy. Next, he continued to say it was an electrical problem causing the appliance to not reach temp. Whatever, lets blame it on the "man on the moon". Neither here nor there, when he came out to the house, he asked my husband if he could see the package indicating to cook on 475F. Would Lowes or Home Depot have asked to see cooking instructions on an oven? I think not! In the end, he did come out to test the stove/oven and while his instruments showed the appliance did eventually get up to temp, I still have a shoddy oven/range that takes a century to get up to temp, but it works, just not the quality I was expecting. Regardless of the poor quality item, customer service is poor, too.

Not very friendly. It would have been nice to know we needed to clear out our fridge. When calling to see if someones home why not throw that in so the guy doesnt have to have a bad attitude as he just grabs our food. We wouldnt have mind so our food isnt just moved with no care. We would have had it nice and cleared. Maybe for future customers, when you call to find out if someone will be home to mention them to have it cleared. That would be appreciated! Need more customer service! Its awkward inviting someone in your home, who isnt happy to have a job doing your refrigerator.

Great Service!!! From the first phone call to fixing my Stove, they where friendly, knowledgeable and best yet affordable. By giving them all the needed information (model #, problem with stove, etc.) Russ was able to bring out the parts needed and repaired on the first trip for less then expected. Will Definitely call them again!!!

I would never take anything to this bunch. I wouldnt give them 1 star, but I have too. Very rude hateful people. Tell you one thing and do another or never do it. Take your stuff to first rate appliance. He is very good, and respectful. I couldnt ask for better treatment then what I got from first rate appliance.

The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. The prices were very fair. We will definitely be returning here if we ever need appliance help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality parts and service at a fair price and with a great attitude.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! IF I COULD RATE THIS IN NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. PAYING CUSTOMERS WHO YOU HANG UP ON IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO ANY ONE I CAN LET KNOW TO NEVER USE THEM NEVER!!!

These guys are tops, not only were they able to fix my fridge (which was an usual type) but absolutely affordable, it works better now than before. If you want it done right, call Broadway.
