Usually we have a good time, but we had shockingly bad service on a slow Saturday afternoon. We ordered a salad without onion, and the waitress told us 20 minutes later that it couldnt be ordered without onion. We said at that point we would just pick it out, only to find it was minced into a sauce in impossibly small pieces. A few minutes later she asked if we could pick the onion out, we said no, and she literally just walked away. Eventually, she took away a mostly uneaten salad without comment. She rolled her eyes, picked at her nose, brought us dirty plates, was slow to refill drinks. No manager ever came by to ask how things were, although there was a guy with a headset who led a pep talk in the kitchen and seemed to be watching the Rangers game whenever he could. It was pretty bad. Im used to slow service when theyre busy, but half the tables were empty (even though they had refused to let us make reservations because they thought theyd be busy). Very, very disappointing trip to OTB -- we really just felt like nobody cared.

At Bedford OTB, called in an order on Thursday at 5:30 for a 7 p.m. pick-up. Unfortunately when I arrived people who had 6:30 pick ups were still waiting. My family was gathering for this fajita dinner, and at 7:30 p.m. I was still waiting. I got my partially incorrect order at 7:41, before all the people who had been waiting received their orders. Mgmt needs a separate position to prepare to go orders exclusively, or when there are orders. Todd evidently does to go orders as regular staff has an opportunity. And last night they were very busy so that regular wait staff did not have the time to pitch in on to gos. It was not the first time I have waited awhile...just the first time Ive waited that long.

Great food. Reasonable prices! Friendly courteous staff and management especially, but not limited to, the server David, he is SO personable and accommodating, and his witty charm males every trip one that leaves us coming back, and our favorite managment duo Todd and Beverly. They are always "Johnny on the spot", when it comes to resolving any issue we may have. Which I would add are few and FAR between. Best Tex-Mex in the DFW! Best On The Border in the world! Keep up the good work you three. And all the rest who we dont see, that contribute to making our experience one thay keeps us coming back everytime.

I am highly disgusted after sipping on a coronarita at the bar only to pour the rest of the beer in my cup and have a dead fly surface to the top. How is it that you didnt see a fly in the darn cup while making the drink?? Or did it come out of the Margarita machine or the strawberry mix??? Such a trifling dirty deed. Im pissed. I am going to sue the crap out of OTB if I get sick and incur any kind of medical bill. I wish I could share the freaking picture. Then the manager acts like she didnt want to give me the corporate office phone number.

This place used to be five stars with me, but they have been changing over the months. Some of the OTBs are serving family style. I do not like that for one thing. The taste of the food is changing also. The fajitas have been terrible as of late, they heat the pans up to much and by the time you eat it, the vegetables are charred as well as the meat. The beans and rice are in a bowl on the hot skillet and you have to blow on every bite even if you eat them after the fajitas. It is just not the same.

My wife and I love to eat at this OTB location. Our favorite waiter is Carlos. He is always terrific. He makes it look easy waiting on several tables at the same time. The food is just superb. We enjoy the chicken fajitas and our drinks stay refreshed. Everyone seems really nice and friendly.... Not like some other restaurants where they act like they are going out of their way to serve you. If you enjoy Mexican food, you should definitely give them a visit.

I wanted to let yall know that your Bedford, TX location had the best Cinco de Mayo festivites! We ended up there by chance and it made our day. DJ Noah, Spanish Fly playing and even a lovely dance couple who are going to be on this years Americas Got Talent. We wer looking for a quick meal and spent hours enjoying the entertainment and spent twice as much gladly. Kuddos to OTB management at this location! And the remodel looks great!

Happy hour and late night is awesome, cheap food and beer. You must sit in the bar or patio aeeas to get happy hour or late night......kinda discriminates against families, but by definition theyre marketing to the singles out there. Happy hour is great for meeting people, late night not so much. Great food, great drinks. Margs are the borderita and On The Border Gold.

My Saturdays begins with coffee at home on my patio chair followed by OTB brunch. Although the atmosphere and food are delish, try the brisket tacos, my fave OTB staple is a phenomenal server.... David. He loves what he does and it shows! Kindness topped with friendliness and a dash of perfection all around! Looooove OTBs at Bedford, go folks and enjoy the patio.

I love their food, it was cooked fast and to perfection. The atmosphere was nice and spacious. I had friendly waiters who made for good conversation since I was by myself. The enchiladas are the best Ive had out of any other Mexican restaurant. You have to get their chicken empanadas, they are so flaky and delicious. This location gets 5 stars from me.

I dont normally leave reviews, but the service we received from our server was hands down the best weve received at a restaurant. The staff is very fast and attentive, and everybody works together. Ask for Brady, a great guy with a crazy mustache, and makes the dining experience great. And their margaritas are on point too #twothumbsup

We walked in at 10:04 pm. The host up front said the were closed despite the website stating that they are open. They only service appetizers after 10pm. So they arent really open. As this was going on the cooks in the back were yelling so loud bye multiple times to us, that why would we want to stay anyways. Never coming back. Ever.

We never have had a good experience here (slow, inattentive service), but we always come back because the food is good. Shay, however, came to our table within seconds with chips and salsa and shortly later with our drinks. She never let our margaritas go empty. I hope they hire more people like her. Will be asking for her next time!

The staff here are amazing but the food and drinks are just aight. Our waiter was very attentive and funny. He kept us laughing the entire time. We got the Sunday lunch special. Soup/salad, small chicken fajitas, and a dessert. The soup was very good but small. The fajitas was not good. The chicken was dry. The dessert was great.

Great food, great place. Table was dirty with food and water spilled all over the table, we were seated down anyway it was hard not to notice but we got seated anyway. So we had to go back and ask the lady who sat us down if she could wipe it down she didnt seem to want to be at work not friendly or welcoming.
