I have been coming to this location since 2007. This is a favorite date spot which is a rare opportunity four kids later. Todays visit was awful--the lowest of service AND food qualiry! We waited forever for our waters to come to the table. Then told bread was on its way which again we waited --these minor issues werent the problem tbeybjust added to a miserable experience from beginning and end. My husband ordered his favorite burger which came cold to table. I opted for my 2nd favorite dish Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp over my favorite Salad!! I have a few bites as I look down at a small piece of chicken I think that looks pink but thought its probably the lighting C.F. never messes up my favoritr dis!. A few more bites later as I am chewing it is apparent by the rubbery texture I just consumed a raw protein!! Immediately I spit it out last thing I need is to be sick with 4 little kids by my side over the next 24 hours!! We wait for our waiter cant find him. I walk up front find manager. She offered a cheesecake or remake as I disclosed to her at this point I have completely lost my appetite we just want our check and box for husbands meal. We waited, we waited, for our waiter/manager for a box for a menu etc...all I just wanted was to leave. We get our bill...yep food is still on there but it took so long to just get to even finalizing our bill we leave our money and go. I had already been sick in bathroom while we waited for boxrs and check which Im sure was psychosomatic. Now I write this review at 1am because I have been sick since 11pm ](we are at 2pm)....Thanks for charging us C.F. for wasting our time and our money as my husband boxed up his meal for is to pay a sitter for the nonmeal we had!! I even showed the manager the raw pink chicken this is unacceptable in such a well known establishment. If I was pregnant with my high risk twins and this happened it could be so fatal--for C.F. raw poultry is unacceptable!! Zero tolerance you dont mess with food safety! I am a decent homecook even I understand the necessity of proper food handling. As a former restaurant worker the right thing to have done was comp entire check especially when remake and free cheesecake turned customer green after eating pink poultry THEN offer a certificate to return in the future. Silver lining I wont be wanting to return here for a very very long time I am so grossed out that I had raw chicken in my mouth!!

Honestly I never write reviews, but after this experience I had too. My girlfriend and I decided to go to this cheesecake factory today. We waited a while for a seat, which is totally fine, the place was packed. Once we were seated, I kid you not, 15 minutes before someone gets to our table. Again no biggie, they are busy. We order our drinks (and food at the same time). We get our drinks, and my girlfriend asks for splenda. The waitress acknowledged the request. After another 15 minutes, I had to stop a random waiter to request splenda. The whole time our waitress was nowhere to be found. Well, a little while longer my girlfriends food comes out. Just hers. A waiter (not ours) brought her her plate. My plate however was nowhere to be found. We just sat there for ten minutes before yet another random server brought me my plate. Meanwhile my girlfriend was just staring at her food. Throughout this 90 minute ordeal, we maybe talked to our waitress twice, for like 20 seconds. We arent the type to request to talk to a manager or anything like that, just we know we wont be coming here again. The stonebriar location is same distance for us, so that works.

The cheesecake was the best part of our visit. We got there after 9pm and there wasnt a wait to be seated, so they took my husband and me to a table for 2 which was perfect. We ordered the factory nachos with chicken, it came out without the chicken, our waiter admitted he didnt put in the chicken. Then as we were wrapping up our evening my husband took another drink of his Cafe Mocha and noticed a chunk of something came up his straw, it was a chunk of glass. I looked at his glass and noticed it had 2 cracks at the top and as I examined with my hand I got stuck with a sliver of glass myself. We werent angry or demanding of anything, we understand things happen. The manager did come over and apologized for the incident and asked if we wanted a slice of cheesecake to go but we already had some, we just wanted our check. They brought our check, we figured the drink that had glass in it would have at least been removed, but nope...every item was listed. We paid and left, but we likely wont return to this location. This was our first experience at any Cheesecake Favtory, it was rather disappointing.

Just recently i visited this location in Southlake, and I must say that this was simply the best treatment that I have ever received in a restaurant. Morgan, the general manager, took a situation that had the potential of keeping me from ever returning to this business, and turned it into a positively WONDERFUL experience. She didnt just stop with ensuring my satisfaction with the food, but she went way above and beyond any expectations that I had. The only thing that I felt like she was obligated to do was listen to my problem, which she did with patience and understanding, but she made it her mission to see that I, and my family felt special, and appreciated. The food is wonderful (especially the crab hash for brunch), the prices are fair. but the service really takes the cake (no pun intended). Morgan, I only met you briefly that day, but you treated us like family. Thank you. My son sleeps with the little white bear that he left your restaurant with. We will be back as often as we can.

Worse meal Ive had out in many years! Habachi steak was so tough I couldnt cut or chew it- sent it back for an unremarkable burger. The burger went home for the dog. I went there wanting a mint julip, but found it was no longer on the menu. The waitress said shed see if the bartender could make one. He didnt-said he didnt have the ingredients, so I ordered a mojito instead. Hmm, same mint leaves, sugar, ice as a mint julip, just rum instead of bourbon. The bar tender just didnt want to bother with my request, Service was very slow on a weekday night. This was supposed to be our Valentine Day dinner. What a disaster it was. Never going near that place again. $36 spent for crappy food and service. Waitress did nothing to make us feel better about the meal. Left w/o ordering cheesecake as I had planned on doing.

Been to this location twice. First time was great service all the way around. However the second visit not so much. Was promptly greeted and estimated time was given to be seated. No issue front door staff was superb. However once seated it took them 10 min to come to my table and take my drink order. A table to the right of me had 2 parents and 4 kids with them and were greeted within 1 min. Then my waitress came over to me. Totally unacceptable. I asked for a manager and explained the situation and he agreed. The first half of dinner the manager took my order for food and drink. The waitress hid and stayed away. The 2nd half of dinner she was more involved however did not visit table very often. They did let me have my drink for free. Needless to say this was a huge fail at this location for Cheesecake Factory.
