Hate to be negative here but dont think all these 4+ ratings are talking about same Chick Fil A. This is the most inefficiently run Chick Fil A I have ever encountered, and I go to many. Yes, its a busy location (as they all are) I go here at all hours of the day as I live close by and have NEVER seen the owner operator in the restaurant. When they are busy a 20 minute or longer from line to receiving food is common and 10 min wait for dine in is common even if you are only customer in line. There is seemingly no coaching of employees... Employees do not hustle ; they have the cashiers taking orders, filling the drinks and gathering the food for the most part, the old McDonalds inefficient model. Well I will say they do a better job of delegating order gathering/delivery to inside customers than they used to. BOTTOM LINE: under current management, if you visit this location at a peak time, count on 20 minutes minimum before you get your food if you plan to dine in.

I ordered from this Chick Fil A today using the mobile app. Usually my order comes complete with no problems. Today however is another story that doesnt make me want to return to this particular location. My order was wrong and they didnt include most of the add-ons that I requested. Upon asking what I believe was either a manager or team lead for the additional things to complete my order, it took another 10 minutes to receive these items. During those 10 minutes I asked another employee for help and she acted like she couldnt help. I use the mobile app for convenience because I only have a certain amount of time for lunch. Dealing with what I dealt with today made me late back from lunch and caused an inconvenience for me. Not a good look for a business that advertises fast and courteous service.

Favorite place around here! It does get super busy around 7 and noon, but thats because the service here is phenomenal and most of the folks around this area know it! The employees are always very pleasant to talk to and the service is always super quick. I remember when they forgot me one morning, (which is understandable, it was packed and Im a short girl, easy to lose me in a crowd), and not only did they immediately bring me my order, but they also gave me a voucher for a free sandwhich! How many restaurants do that? Plus, the girl who I spoke to was super sincere when she apologized, I almost felt bad for pointing out that they missed my order. If you have some spare time in the morning or manage to catch them on a slow period and youre hungry, this is a good place to stop at.

Most awful experience I have ever had..My fiance went to this establishment to grab us some food (great food) but the order was wrong..It dont take a genius to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo and a chicken salad sandwich combo correct..instead we got 4 large fries and 4 spicy chicken sandwiches and on top of that, when he was leaving the establishment, a stupid woman in her lexus ON THE PHONE hit him with her car (he was not injured) but her husband decides to get out of the car and yells at my fiance. Makes no sense to me. Every time we go to this Chick -fil-A, our order is never correct. This is the last time we EVER go to this location. Maybe someone should hire employees with some brain function.

I love coming to this location. Has got to be the busiest, but never have to wait on food or service. One person in particular, Vicki, stands out the most. She seems like the resturant liasion as she plays hostess, server, refill specialist, sauce getter, kid entertainer and what ever other hat she wears. Most importantly she is happy to do it. She puts Placemats down for my kids before we even get our food which makes it easy for a single dad to take my kids here since I never have to take my eyes off my two kids. She is the reason that when I think about where to take my kids each Friday for lunch, I always come back.

I am only reviewing this one star because you have an extremely lazy manager named Alex O. Extremely lazy. Not only was he giving friends discounts, an employee, a younger kid running the register asked for help filling up the lemonade because the inside area was extremely busy. Alex O ignored the kid and waddled off to eat with his friends while having employees bring him food. It very disrespectful and the complete opposite of the chick fil a mantra. Alex O should be fired. A true piece of work. All your other employees are fantastic.

We go to Chic filet 6 days a week. Excellent Employees except one fat girl name Skylar she is rude and unhelpful. She started moping around our table while we were having dinner. My years old went to get his ice cream and skid and fall and the fat girl instead of healing my child stood there and laughing. Chic a filet should fire her she is only rude employee there.

Such wonderful service. Went there with 2 toddlers and an infant. The staff stopped what they were doing and held the door for me, and even brought out all of our food and drinks for us. The food was delicious as always. The only suggestion I could make is to have a clearly marked recyling bin beside the trash, then chick fil a would be perfect.

Ive never had a complaint about quality of food at any chick fil a so I usually just pay attention to customer service. Im so please with this places service that last week when they forgot to put suace in my order that I wasnt even frustrated because my wife and I we just marveling that wed finally witness a mistake at chick fil a. Ha!

I love Chik Fil A but please make sure that anyone driving around with your logo on the side of their car understands that pedestrians have the right of way in parking lots. I dont appreciate almost being hit because your employees/representative think they dont have to follow the laws and drive like jerks. Thanks.

Uses to go here 3-5 times a week until they screwed up my order and left the fries out of a #7. Waited 10 minutes back through the drive-thru and wasnt that upset because honestly thought I would get an apology. Instead received the stare of death and a "here you go" dull remark. Have not been back!

Unfortunately found this location very, very dirty. The first time I overlooked it, but came back a few days later and found it the same. I notified management and they were unconcerned. Salad was full of knats and soup was cold, watered down and full of burnt scrapings from the pan.

Morning, noon and night theres always a long drive thru line, but they work hard to get cars thru quickly. They have improved on guiding drive thru traffic as much as they can for the small parking lot area they have to work with. And they always give lots of sauces!!

Flys! This chic-fil-a is rotten with irritating flying insects. I have told management several times. I prefer this location because they are much faster than my other chic-fil-a option. But seriously keep the back door closed! you are letting in too many flys.
