When me and my boyfriend got up to the speaker to order, the girl at the other end taking our order was not paying attention and had to repeat herself several times. There was only one person ahead of us and service was still incredibly slow. Then we got to the window and the guy called out our first order with the type of cheese. My boyfriend stated we didnt ask for pepper jack cheese and the guy just hesitated and said "oh ok" and continued to hand us the meal instead of correcting it. Well then go figure I did not check my sandwich and by the time I opened it the sandwich (#2 deluxe meal) had no lettuce and the pepper jack cheese which we didnt even order. Normally I dont like to leave reviews if its only a one time occurrence but its been twice now that I have gone to this location and they have been very slow and not very nice like other locations I have come to love and expect out of chic fil a. Will no longer be going to this location.

Tired of my orders not being complete! Its happened 6 separate times, in a row! Three of those times I made it home before I realized. I called after the 5th time to inform them that they needed to fix this issue and when I came back the next time they did it again!Tonight they gave me two normal spicy chicken sandwiches instead of deluxe and I had to catch that they forgot my fries. When I pay for something I expect to get it. Theyve cheated my family out of at least $20 worth of items over the last few months.

I am nice and polite. But, I am beginning to think that is what ruins the orders. I was asked 4x what my order was. I was outside on the speaker. I politely said, sandwich on a whole wheat bun with pickles. They never let me have pickles. I always ask for pickles. I got home and I got the pickles, but not the wholewheat bun. I thew the sandwich away. I simply dont want it now. Its too exasperating to be forced to eat something you dont want when you are a customer. I will NEVER go back to this particular store

By far the best Chick-fil-A I have ever eaten at. The staff was extremely friendly especially the elder man wearing a yellow bow tie. Everything inside the store was clean to what would normally be considered impossible for a fast food restaurant. The details I enjoyed most however were the fresh flowers on each table, salt and pepper shakers, and of course complimentary mouth wash in the restroom. I pray that when they relocate they will maintain themselves as the pinnacle of all Chick-fil-A locations.

Sooo... this location was supposed to close in Dec./Jan. (2015/2016) when the new location opened but since Chick-fil-a is balla in this area they decided to keep this one open as well (seriously these locations are not even half a mile from each other). Service is EXCELLENT at this location. Food is always prepared very well. And the drive thru is super quick even when this place is packed (which is fairly common).

Nice staff but you better make sure alls there before driving off. Ive been there twice (my son likes it) and the first time the ever important chocolate milk was not in the bag. Second time it was announced to me but my gut said check. Rightfully so, again no milk and Daddys getting the stink eye from his 7 yr old. 0-2...just check the bag guys its 3 items! Other than that....love the place and what they stand for.

We asked for dine in and got carry out. We asked for #11 got #10. Staff acted like it was our fault and never once apologized or said anything positive other than "uhh huh." Overall we waited 10 minutes to get our food which is abnormal. Chick Fil A has always had the absolute best customer service but this felt like a gas station McDonalds. He food was delicious as always but the staff here was less than polite.

Its Chick-fil-A the food is always delicious but ive been to this location twice this week and the first time they forgot half my order in the drive thru at lunch and it wasnt terribly busy today i go for some breakfast about 9 and again not terribly busy i order the chicken egg n cheese bagel and get back to where i was going and was given a chicken biscuit so i payed 7 bucks for a chicken biscuit

Slow, disorganized, poor service. Didnt have coffee at 10am! Never asked me what size coffee I wanted. After waiting in the parking lot I received a black coffee, never asked if I wanted milk, sugar, etc. Theres another Chick-fil-A 0.5 miles down the road. Why is this one here if their service is so bad? Very disappointed.

This chick-fil-a location is always clean and fast. Ive stopped here many times on my way to classes @ TCC NE Campus and they never let me down. Also, Chick-fil-a iced tea is the best iced tea around. Im not sure what it is about their tea but it is always perfect (I like mine half sweet / half unsweet)...

I lIke chick-fil-a bit this store for some reason doesnt put everything in your bag. The last 3 times I have been always has something missing. Check your bag before you leave, the last thing you want is a hungry upset kid! Your better off going a mile down the street to the other chick-fil-a.

Waited for over 10 minutes after ordering because they didnt have a bagger to put my sandwiches that sat in the window for 10 minutes. Came in at 2 pm there was no one in front of me. Tables everywhere were dirty. All the employees were in a shift change, busy leaving. Good job Mr Manager.

Charged for a extra sandwich. Ran out of wraps. Asked for a Arnold palmer and she replied "half sweet tea half unseeet?" I said "no half diet lemonade half sweet tea." I was given a sweet tea. Asked for no cheese on a sandwich for my lactose friend and still received a sandwich.

Was very impressed with the older gentleman in the lobby. In a dress shirt and tie. At first I thought he was the owner. He was very helpful and kept the condiments area very neat. Also the inside of the restaurant is immaculate and the rest of the staff is very polite.

Asked for Honey Barbeque sauce because its my absolute favorite. I got home and the worker gave me honey mustard and normal barbeque sauce. I was so mad. Chick fil a is known for honey barbeque.. how are you going to give me 2 sauces: honey mustard and barbeque sauce?!?

Food, prices and service are excellent. Especially like the "Superfood" salad! The parking lot is a nightmare during peak times. And its not because the kids want to play on the playground, its all adults because its just that good.
