I want to give this store more stars because their customer service has always been on point but after patiently dealing with mistake after mistake I just cant. My husband and I went a couple weeks ago. They gave my husband a sandwich that was very cold in the middle. We sent it back just to warm it up, we were very calm and nice, mistakes happen. When they brought it back the other half of the sandwich was still cold and the warm half wasnt even the same sandwich, and it wasnt even the same KIND of sandwich. We sent them both back and the Manger came, very polite, comped us a pastry, made him a whole new sandwich from scratch. After that we decided to order a latte. It took them 30 minutes to bring us the latte and servers kept coming over to eyeball us as if we had done something wrong. Today, I went to get a soup and whole salad to go. I knew I should have checked first but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and left. When I got home the soup was correct but I paid 9$ for a whole salad and they gave me a 1/4th of that. The salad they gave me came to the half way line of the half salad to go box. Im done giving the benefit of the doubt. Please do not go here. Its really not worth it at all.

I was very thankful for the employee working the other day. I took this girl on a first date there; I forgot my wallet and had no money. She came from hugging all over me while we were ordering, to walking and standing awkwardly by the front door. Im pretty sure she began calling her friend asking for her to come pick her up lol. Anyways, the cashier notices the situation Im in, and did what he could to be a BOSS. HE PAYED FOR MY ORDER. This man quite literally saved me, and saved that date! I went back and gave him $100 for doing what he did. I officially name this man wing-man of the year (2017) Not only did i have this awesome experience, but the food at Panera bread is five star in my book; it is most definitely my favorite restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anybody and everybody. If youre ever there at lunch-time order the broccoli cheese bread bowl. It will change your life

Panera is a great place and I love their food, but this location is horrible. They get our order wrong over half of the time, especially for pick up. Theyve forgotten chicken on a chicken ceasar salad, the dressing, croutons, cheese sometimes a combination of the above. The only thing they have consistently gotten right is the lettuce. In addition, they often run out of essential ingredients: broccoli cheese soup on many occasions, potato soup, bacon, bread on many occasions (bread?!! at Panera BREAD), and Im sure the list goes on but we havent attempted to order the missing items. We dont eat here everyday so either we are very unlucky, or this location is consistent in one thing: incompetence.

I met a friend here for a visit and lunch on a weekday at lunch time. Our table was bright, the restaurant was almost full but not too packed. I like the fireplace in the center. They had only two people at the counter and one of them was new, but still, it was a good experience. I like that they were able to make this Beet and Citrus Salad without onions, just like I like it. I also had a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, but couldnt eat all of it, so I grilled it later at home, and it was just yummy! Maybe the best thing was the Hibiscus tea!

I was in the hurst store on Sat May 26, 2012 around 5:00 PM I had order a salald to go. I just looked at who was making my salad. The cook was preparing two salads and putting bacon on someones salad using her hand with no gloves on. She was a white girl working with a white guy who had his plastic gloves on he was looking at her and so was the black waitress. I told the waitress that she should have her gloves on. This is not sanity and I have never seen this at any Paneras I will not be eating at that location again

We frequent here a bit, we love Panera, my only issues with it are that its sometimes hard to find a clean table, so they should be more diligent with cleaning them. And secondly they usually screw something up with the order, when you order at the front, like you will say i want my sandwich on a baguette and it will come out on different bread, or you ask for mayo and they dont put it on, but we figured out a way to get the correct order everytime, dont order from the front, order from the kiosk

The food was not good. I swear my potato soup was frozen and thawed over and over...the bowl even had a rim of hard soup around the edges. My grandsons first trip and he will never go again...he ordered the turkey sandwich...we had to search for the turkey...three almost non existent slices and a wad of greens and mush tomato. I have had better there, but something has changed...for 27.00 we could have a steak elsewhere. I will not be back.

Not sure what happened to this location. It used to be a great place to go. But the food and service is so lacking in the last few years. The food is always so so or they run out of everything. And the people that work here always have a bad attitude. I used to come here pretty often with friends. But now we only come very occasionally and its the same situation every time now

We are regulars at Panera bread chain. I have to agree with the other reviewer, this location is not up to the standard. Employees are apathetic towards customers. The food quality is not as good as other locations. We avoid this location now and drive all the way to Southlake if we crave Panera.

The food is good. Its too bad that they can NEVER GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT AT THE DRIVE THRU. If you order a chicken ceasar salad, it would really be great if there was CHICKEN on the salad. Disappointed that even after multiple complaints they cant seem to get their act together.

Will not return to this location. Were rude to me when I was in uniform. I was just hungry, just got off drill. They refused to let me do a pick two and made me choose a different combo. They refused to give the guy behind me a bread bowl (and they had them)

Not a bad Panera location. Every so often I have needed them to correct an order, but theyre usually pretty nice and very apologetic. It may be a weird critique, but their WiFi can be pretty spotty and tends to be rather slow compared to other Panera locations.

After ordering from my table when I had a short lunch that I had to be back at a training and not receiving my food, I will no longer eat here. My order should have arrived around 12:38. It is now 12:59 and Im still waiting and have to leave in 1 minute.
