I love my neighborhood Panera. It is the ideal place to get work done while enjoying good coffee, great bakery items, and deliciously healthy food. It is a far better place to park than any Starbucks or coffee shop. Besides the obligatory WiFi and power outlets, it has far more seating than most coffee shops, and a vastly larger selection of food and drink items. Only Corner Bakery comes close. Further, Panera has the best onsite self-service system in the industry. I can order anything at their self-serve kiosk with incredible ease. Since my credit card and even my Panera gift cards are stored in my secure profile, I dont even have to pull out my wallet to order. If that were not enough, Paneras customer rewards system is also the best in the industry. Rewards accumulate quickly and are incredibly easy to redeem, either in person or from the self-serve kiosk. Physically, virtually every Panera store has floor-to-ceiling windows, giving it a very lit and cheerful feel. Over the past few years, Panera has made an industry-leading commitment to food quality. All of their food is responsibly sourced and additive-free. The service is also amazing. The next time you order, ask for something extra, and see how willing and quick they are to please you. I love my neighborhood Panera, and I wish them great success here.

this is a very new Panera. Judging it against both the Southlake and Hurst Paneras, which I consider fair, it falls quite short. Firstly, walking in it feels more like a stripped down school cafeteria, rather than a cozy warm atmosphere where you want to relax and enjoy your time. Secondly chairs seem cheap and uncomfortable; the booths and banquets are better. Thirdly, their selection of tea bags is lacking. There is only one plain, black tea & its decaffeinated! Everything else is flavored or herbal. Im happy to report that I have found the electrical outlets in case I would like to stay in this sterile, tea-poor environment and work on my laptop. but Id rather drive to southlake instead. its further, but I feel so much more comfortable there.

I just had bariatric surgery so I am limited on what I can eat. I came for the soup as I can not have much else right now. Because the soup comes with bread I requested no bread with my order. When the manager found out why I asked for no bread he came and offered another option. He asked if I would like some yogurt instead of bread. That by far is one of the nicest things that have happened for me since this big change in my life. This lifestyle is all new for me and having someone step out of their way to help me and encourage me was an awesome feeling. Thanks for the great experience and I will 100% be back.

When I know what I want and I get what I want, its heaven! Theres been some return trips to get my missing baguettes and chips. Other than that, I have no complaints. I take that back, we purchased a whole baguette and it was baked a bit longer than was enjoyable. My favorites are; the summer corn chowder, the strawberry blueberry chicken salad with the poppy seed dressing, the Chipotle avocado chicken melt, the bagels, their double chocolate cookies, blueberry muffins, and Im not sure if I can remember the real names of all of them. But the food is absolutely satisfying. The cashiers are often sweet.

First sandwich: Stale bread, missing extras I asked for -- no apology for order made incorrectly when I handed sandwich directly to manager Second sandwich: Made with everything, which I did not ask for -- no apology for order made incorrectly when I rejected the sandwich when delivered by manager himself Third sandwich: STILL made incorrectly -- and still no apology when I took sandwich to manager again Demanded at that point I receive a refund. Manager refunded money, THEN apologized. OH. MY. WORD. NEVER, EVER AGAIN at this location!

Will not be returning ever again. Lazy staff, do not come here unless you want half of what you pay for. A simple sandwich and salad order could not have more wrong. I requested extra dressing and I get a single container 1/3 full. The standard amount is 2-FULL. As for the sanwhich I ordered a whole turkey bacon bravo and received a half. Went inside to correct the order and no one seemed to care to make it right. Stealing is what occurred yesterday.

Ive been to this location before and have NEVER had the problem I had today. I spent fifteen minutes in the drive thru today and didnt even make it to the order board. I had to go to work late and hungry because of how long the drive thru took! This staff needs to get their act together. Ive worked drive thru before and there is no reason to EVER have more than a ten minute wait time let alone what would have ended up being a twenty minute wait time!

Im updating my review.... over the last 4 months, my orders have been wrong. Forgetting drinks, cookies, forgetting to put salad dressing in a salad container, and they are supposed to give you a treat when they mess up your order and you catch it.... thats only happened when the manager was in front of me and I said it. I go through everything before leaving drive through now..... like 75% of the time they screw up the order....

Sandwich was thrown together - chopped lettuce, rather than leaf, tomatoes and turkey half on the plate when served. Sandwich was not cut in half like usual, so most ingredients fell out on first bite. Asked manager for fork to eat poorly-made sandwich, in which I waited two minutes for him to retrieve. He never asked to remake the sandwich. Overall, a careless staff and an extremely careless manager. Spend your $11 elsewhere.

I place an order online, and about 10 minutes later come to the location to pick u my order, and its never ready. Not only that I have to wait at least 15-20 additional minutes for it. Its not just me when I come, but there are at least 2-3 other people who have been waiting for their orders just as long as I am, or even longer. Orders are never ready in timely manner. I will never come here again, or maybe any Panera Bread.

We ordered for rapid pickup. when we arrived the restaurant was filthy, paper and food on the floor. really unexpected for a Panera. Got home with our order and for the second time, the chicken salad was very skimpy. I dont think it is the chain, just this location. tried to call and they were too busy to answer. too bad, it is my neighborhood Panera, and I wanted it to be a good one. . .

Service was very slow in the drive through. I sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting on my smoothie. When I looked in the window, the employees were talking and not getting the food prepared. I love Panera but this location needs some help. UPDATE: I am raising my review score to 5 stars. They have made the necessary improvements and The service level is as I expect from a Panera bread.

let me say this was my 1st time going to panera beard. My husband wanted something different so I suggested there. Wrong answer! just for a half greek chicken salad, a whole steak and cheddar panini and a cup of french onion soup was $22.00. Then I took the food to my husband, too make a long story short I shouldve went firehouse sub across the way. My husband said never go there again!
