Apparently, Home Depot uses Nonstop Delivery to pick up returns, who, in turn, use this "company" locally. Home Depot has been great to deal with and has tried to act as a liaison in getting $700 worth of merchandise picked up. Every time, they are told I will receive a call between 2:00 and 3:00 to schedule my pick up. 9 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, I receive my FIRST contact from this "company." I am told my pick up will be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM 6/1/17. I again explain that I need pick up by NOON. She tells me that she can do by 1:00 with a "courtesy call" 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I agree. At 2:30 today. 06/01/2017, I start with Home Depot once again. This time, however, I am armed with their phone number because "Nonstop Delivery" CANNOT PROVIDE THIS # TO HOME DEPOT! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? Anyway, while I am on hold during the hour + with Home Depot, I get a call from the driver letting me know he is delayed. All the while Im on hold with Home Depot, who is on hold with these people. Its like the Keystone Cops, only not so funny. My Home Depot CS rep calls them directly and guess what is supposed to happen AGAIN today between 2:00 and 5:00? Im supposed to get a call to SCHEDULE A PICK UP! I may just let them come when they want and not tell them my business is closed. Theyve wasted enough of my time. That only seems fair, right?!?! Home Depot has been amazing! They must have the BEST CS reps ever. Their judgement in third-party partners is definitely lacking, however.

**************************READ BEFORE YOU USE *********************** FAILURE TO DO SO MIGHT COST YOU MORE THAN YOU CAN AFFORD!!!! Sure use them If you dont mind half of your shipment not arriving in the best case scenario. I ordered a kitchen of wall cabinets on delivery they didnt notify of a time window and they said it would be delivered on a different day. Then they lost 200 lbs of the order en route. We had the replacement cabinets expedited but they took longer to get it to Texas than the order with more cabinets. I ended up picking up the cabinets myself from their warehouse on Saturday. One of the cabinets had concealed damage that could not be fixed. The next order actually arrived more quickly than expected, but they delivered the wrong order to my house. So sure use this company if you want to drive customer away and spend an extra half of day working through the issues. That never should have happened in the first place.

On time? Really? Ive been waiting literally since 11am its now almost 8pm.Took off work without pay. Excuses, backpeddling and lying about calling to say they would be late. Andrew the "supervisor" finally arrived the next day at 2pm with no apology or explanation. I wouldnt recommend to a stray dog! I would give 0 stars like they gave 0 craps about me!

I had some furniture to return that I bought online. The online retailers used this company as a third party. I got a call that they would be picking up the items on Tuesday between the hours of 5 pm and 7 pm. Three days and several calls later they still havent managed to show up. Every time I call I am told someone will be coming.
