Went to UPS on Crossroads today. I was mailing a media mail package to New Jersey. They charges me $6.95 for 2lbs 3.2 worth of mail. Media mail is suppose to be cheaper because it is educational books. They charged me for 3 lbs. When I questioned this first the girl didnt know how to answer so I guess it was the owner or manager who came over. She said it is because of the surcharge. Isnt this United Postal Service? She said it is a courtesy that they do media mail. Really? Also they insured $12.00 worth of books for $100.00. Why? I was told that is what they do. It cost me $6.95 for the same weight it cost my friend to mail me books from New Jersey for $3.95 media mail. This place is off my list of places to mail from. Will go to the post office from now on. Too much of an attitude in this place.

I have never had any issues with bringing my packages to mail them out. I have even dropped off items for the USPS and they have all arrived to their destination. The staff that I have interacted with have always been respectful and more than helpful with any questions or suggestions about whatever my packaging needs might have been.

Great customer service. I go here almost daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. Even when shipping through USPS Id rather stay local and visit my friends at The UPS Store than travel to the post office to just be treated rudely and receive practically no assistance.

Wrong package left at my door. Rings the door bell then pulls off without time for me to address this and say "you have the wrong house".
