I would give zero stars if possible. The year and a half I lived in Lewisville, my mail was lost, or never showed up for 2 months!! I called a couple times a week to try and get the situation straightened out, but was never able to get in contact with anyone. My postal worker was no help either, and didnt seem phased by the fact that my mail was not being delivered. I finally went to the post office, and dealt with an extremely rude, and frankly uneducated teller/ manager. The fact that tampering with someones mail is a federal offense, you would think these people would take their jobs a little more seriously. I will never live in Lewisville again!

Call center is rude and not helpful. Disrespectful and unreliable. This is exactly why people dont use the government postal service anymore. A private company does a better job and they wonder why people dont care that post offices are being closed and downsized. A waist of money and time.

I had a package sent from Florida to TX which I needed to stop. I called in and an employee named Sheila took the time to listen to my request. Then, she tracked the package and send it back to me. Very thankful.
