On 9/15/2015, Shortly after arriving to deliver my package, the female driver stated she could not leave my package with my neighbors the day before when she came to deliver it because they refused to keep it. She began to question me why and admonished me for not getting along with them. This FedEx employee is paid to deliver packages to customers. It was not her place to meddle in the customers personal affairs. Moreover, the package required a signature. She had no business in trying to leave the package with my neighbors when it required my signature.

I did order from apple my new Iphone but I wasnt at home for the delivery then I did request the store pick up option but the women in front desk just didnt want to gave me the packet because the shipping address was under my mons name I explained that I was the one who bought from apple store also show her the Invoice receipt showing my name under the words SOLD TO .. the reason apple didnt use my name for the shipping is simple my mon is the main on att accounts but this special women didnt understand what is this about. Too Bad Fedex !!!!

This is a horrible FedEx service provided by this location. I have a package picked up with Air Bill, They picked up the package, now they dont know where the package is. I have a case id created and no information for hours from this location. Truly horrible service by FEDEX.

Realtivly new facility. Close to DFW Airport and new home construction in Irving TX. Convienent but hard to find without clear directions. Its a package distribution location folks......
