I went to this business Saturday morning 8/12/17. It was my first time and I called before I went. The phone conversation is what drew me there. The gentleman was very kind & helpful on the phone. So, when I get there I talk to the guy at the counter, who happened to be the guy I spoke with on the phone. From the get go I was in awe of the amazing customer service. He wasnt rushing me or just trying to get a buck. He was very welcoming. The customers that were waiting were speaking so highly of this guy. Then to be told HE IS THE OWNER!!!! For him to be so kind, patient, & very welcoming and his hands were dirty which means he gets under those cars as well!!! This was my 1st time there but will NOT be my last. I am so highly satisfied with my experience here. Thanks for this because there arent that many businesses around like this anymore!! God Bless!!

For being my fisrt time taking my personal vehicle here let me tell you something about this shop, Great people great service, and wonderful family business had my truck diagnosed by then and find the issue in less time can you expected. I had ecm issues with my truck and they sure got it take care off right up, no doubt this places rules decent and affordable prices. Trust me this people are willing to help you out your vehicle issues, very respectful and great costumer service and very communicated with their customers on every single step. For being my first time they sure make me feel like family at every single moment friendly n awesome people.

I took a used truck into EZ Zone that I was looking to purchase and they took a look at it for me. They found several issues that wouldve been very costly repairs. They were very friendly and professional and also did it for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any auto mechanical needs.

Awesome service! We were driving to RI from Houston when the car shutdown in the highway on Memorial day. These guys were w/n minutes of closing for the day. They took us in, checked the problem, fixed it, and found an even worse issue which wouldve siezed the engine. I cant give these guys enough credit

Second time Ive taken my 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan and both times they have done an excellent job. Received my new radiator and thermostat for a very reasonable price. I was treated with respect and all my questions were answered. I will always use them to take care of my vehicle.

After reading the reviews I went out of my way to visit EZ Zone. I was dreading going to the mechanic thinking I will be out of pocket thousands, but Rashad said I only needed spark plug replacement. I was sooooo relieved. You have a new long time customer. Dont ever change.

When one of his employees had treated me contrary to the companys usual policy, the owner took over my repairs. I am satisfied with his explanation, his apology and everything he did to try to keep me as a customer. He did more than most people nowadays would have done.

Long time customer since 1998 - Wont take my cars anywhere else! Family run shop, but Rashad is usually the guy I speak to. Theyve taken care of just about everything from my State Inspections, Brakes, Oil changes and other diagnostics.

The customer service is good but make sure you get the price in writing before they start the work. My bill went up 50% from a verbal quote two days earlier. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to E-Z Zone for my vehicle maintenance.

The owner did my oil change himself so I wouldnt have to wait am hour for his mechanics to be available. (I was the only customer waiting at the shop. ) They do whatever they can to keep your business and have you leave happy.

Went in for a brake job, and they took care of my truck real well. They even waited for me to verify the new rotors and brakes before putting the wheels back on. Overall i was really happy with their work.

It was my first time going there, they replaced my alternator faster and cheaper then anyone else said they would. Great customer service to, they even gave me a ride home. very impressed, thank you ez zone
