I used to take my cars here all the time. Cons: Expensive, Mediocre customer service, take too long Pros: They get it right almost all the time. Id like the good customer service and wish they didnt charge so damn much but when it comes to having my ride sit out another day or hit-n-miss Id rather have them do it right the first time. I took my car in last night (they have a drop box for after hours) not reccomended if you have nice rims. So I tried to save a buck and fix it myself, I ended up making matters worse and now i had to take it in so instead of just taking it anywhere, I took it here where I know theyre going to hit me up but I have no better alternative. Will update soon

I went in to get an alignment and have my steering wheel straightened. However, I was told that it was not possible and that I needed to replace my pitmans arm. I went to another shop and had my truck aligned and the steering wheel fixed with no extra work or money. Either they tried to screw me or the guy at the front desk doesnt know what hes talking about.

We were traveling through Houston and experienced car trouble,not only was Wallisville Auto Repair very courteous, they were very efficient, not overly expensive and fixed our car the same day. They were extremely accommodating. We are so thankful for their hard work and highly recommend them!

We have been goes to Wallisville Auto since the mid 90s and have always had our cars taken care of at a fair price. They only tell you to fix things if they need to be fixed or if it can wait they will tell you you can wait for xamount of time.

As far as auto repair shops these guys dont scam you Everytime I went here for anything they have always been straight up the prices are a little high for my taste but I have seen a lot higher. I will keep going to this shop
