JR is a disappointment and using E&P catering for my wedding was a huge mistake! Before the wedding Day E&P seemed great, affordable and the food was good. We did our research and had a tasting of the meal months before the wedding. On the wedding day it was a disaster: They arrived an hour late to the reception Forgot to bring dinner rolls An entire table (10 ppl) did not get the meat option that we payed for and had to eat the vegetarian option The other wedding vendors did not receive any food (we also payed for this) Fruit and vegetables for salad was not washed and came directly from the bags from the grocery store. We had been very specific about how the produce was to be washed because one of the guests had cancer and it was imperative that the fresh components be washed in accordance to his dietary restrictions. It was not washed at all. They did not bus the tables or serve water and tea as agreed upon among other things the day of the wedding. Now for 5 months we have been trying to get a partial refund because this was promised to us the day of the wedding, the refund amount is reasonable considering we payed for 10 steak and chickens meals that we did not receive along with 100 dinner rolls. JR has been impossible to deal with and wont return phone calls has promised to mail a check but never has and Im sure has blocked my number. Call me JR. Do NOT use this business for your wedding or any other catering event.

This was a terrible experience. We had requested the hors dourves be served by 6:15 and the meal by 7:15. I had paid for a plated dinner, paying $1500.00 extra. Most people did not receive any hors dourves and the meal did not began being served until 8:30. When it was finally served, it was cold.The salad did not have any dressing. When I complained, I was told that they were doing their best. I had over 20 people leave before they ate due to the late time. I also had 12 people that I know of not show up. I was not given any extra food at the end. There were tables where there were not any place settings. I had to go get them I requested and paid for childrens meals that I never received. I went in the kitchen to ask that they clear the tables and they were all sitting in there eating!!! They did not serve the grooms cake, therefore I had almost the entire cake left over. I would not recommend this company. I paid $50. pp plus tax and 18% gratuity.

The quality of the food is good. However, if you want your left over food to take home make sure you notify them of that prior to the event. If not it will end up like mine in the dumpster. Also, if you order a small amount of something for groups like Children make sure you address how it will be served to them. Mine ended up covered up and unless the guest asked for it they didnt get it. I didnt know this, so none of my guest asked for it and it also ended up in the trash. Overall we were happy with the food quality just had some minor hickups after the event that Jeff was able to address. Again make sure you discuss what to do with your left overs and anything that you may have special ordered prior to the event so food and $$ isnt wasted.
