My Ulta salon experience overall was very upsetting. I went in for hair color. I hadnt colored my hair in about 2 years and decided i was ready for a change. Unfortunately i did not get what i was looking for as far as color...no where close. Girl was sweet but i dont think she either really wanted to be there or she might need more color experience. Im not one to complain unless i feel like i was cheated as in this case. I paid and left very upset. The manager was fair enough to refund my money $75. I was looking for a lighter hair color mixed in my brown hair but it pretty much looks like i did nothing. I have some orange tones i guess but nothing i expected. Not even the experience. I hadnt had a hair issue like this ever that i can remember. She took 3.5 hours and for nothing. Im just so upset. I love ulta salon but dont recommend the Corpus Christi location for hair color. What was worse is she didnt even offer to blow dry it to show me what the color looked like...as if maybe she knew i wouldnt be happy. I asked her to so i could see it so she did a piece i the front and yup sooo upsetting. Waste of time mostly.

I scheduled an appointment, two weeks out, for Tammi; it was then transferred as she was sick to Carissa M. who was AWESOME. She was super busy already, but totally went the extra mile to help out. She did an amazing job matching my desired hair style/cut, without pushing high-end products on me. Also, she did something strange--she dried my hair BEFORE cutting my bangs which was the best idea as it prevents oddly short bangs once dried. All around, love it, loved her, will be back.

This store is in DESPERATE NEED of a new manager! This store is completely disorganized. The "customer service" is a joke. The salon is horrible. Everything about this store is horrible. The lines are always long, very few cashiers. Very little help. ALWAYS messy and out of product. Just look at all of the reviews on Google, Yelp, etc. How embarrassing for the manager! Or maybe they dont care... either way, Id rather drive out of town to go to Ulta. Typical Corpus.

I visited Ulta for some facial wash and was greeted by Megan D. She was very knowledgeable on all her products and recommended the right stuff to help clear my face! She also convinced me on getting a facial which I didnt want to do since I thought it was girly but wow it is so relaxing, I fall asleep every time I get one. I highly recommend this store and be sure to ask for Megan to get the excellent customer service like I did.

I made a last minute consultation over the phone. I was anxious about going because the lady on the phone quoted me $130 + when I went in Bianca took me to her chair and talked to me about what brought me in and went over my options with me! She was so sweet and spot on with coloring my hair! I am new to the corpus area and would definitely recommend her to anyone! The best experience ever!

Manager Mitchell with the green hair was very rude asking me if I brought the gifts back I received on a return not realizing on the return I still kept 340$ worth of fragrances !! Said it Loud in front of other customers! I just got approved dor a 1500,00 Ulta credit card on top of what I buy there but u can bet that it will be now purchased only online !

I have gone in this store 6 times to purchase a popular Kenra Hot Styling Spray....still out of stock. I went to the Manager and she said "we just have to take what is sent to us on the truck!" I explained that the UPC tag is on the shelf and have requested they order it for over 2 months. STILL NOTHING!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS STORE.

Ive lived in 5 states in the last 10 years, all being Ulta platinum member and this is the worst location Ive ever been to!!! The girls are nasty up front no one willing to offer help, just say we dont have it. Their stock is messy and unorganized, not to mention very low. Ill be shopping online now.

One of the worst Ultas I been to in a very long time. Over on the drugstore side, it is ALWAYS so messy. Nothing is organized. Over on the highend side; they never have anything in stock, and they are not very helpful! Your best bet is to go to Sephora and Target for the drugstore makeup.
