I and 7 other people got our hair done for my friends wedding yesterday. I paid 70 dollars with a tip. By the time my make up was done I had already pinned my hair back up 5 times. This was 1 HOUR AFTER LEAVING YOUR SALON. I ended up having to take my entire hair down and doing it myself. I paid 70 dollars to do my own hair. I had to fix 2 other bridesmaids hair due to it falling out of the half assed buns. Another girl had to fix her hair as well. How can you use that many Bobby pins and not secure a single hair in the back? Im a stay at home mom with limited funds to begin with but I still came to you to get my hair done for the bride because she wanted the same hair style. I understand that not everybodys hair is the same and that it wasnt going to look completely identical but your girls didnt even cordinate with each-other and everybody had their braid on a different side of their head. Also My hair was $65, i have mid length hair. Another bridemaids hair was $60, her hair is all the way down her back, at least 10 inches on me. How does that make any sense? I will say that the brides hair and 2 of the bridesmaids hair lasted but 3 out of 7 is a failure if you ask me. So disappointed.

VERY DISAPPOINTED is the only way to describe my first and last experience here. I paid $70 to get an updo for my sisters wedding and it completely fell out within 2 hours. I wasnt jumping around or anything during those 2 hour. I literally just drive to the wedding venue and was standing around. I do have thick medium length hair but still. Havent had my hair longer and thicker for previous weddings and it still never fell down like this. 4 out of the 7 women that go their hair done for the wedding had to redo it at some point. They also didnt coordinate the updos at all. Everyones hair looked different with braids on different side and different style braids. I would NOT recommend going here for any updo. I want my money back.

I recently went to this salon for a wedding that I was in. I was very optimistic because of the color that my cousin had received a few weeks prior but was VERY disappointed. 7 girls went in for updos and within an hour of leaving the salon one girls hair had completely fallen out while 3 other girls had already redone their hair. The brides hair did last but over half of the bridesmaids basically paid $70 to do their own hair. I would not recommend this place for updos!!!! None of the stylist really coordinated together what the hair was going to look like. Obviously there is going to be some differences with hair length but there was absolutely no communication. Im just so upset that they chose to be so careless.

Disappointing. I have two almost bald patches that are quite noticeable in the back. The only options they offered me was trying to cut all my hair as short as the patches or just letting my hair grow out. I physically showed the hairstylist and another staff member the patches in my hair and they could not offer me any viable solutions . The staff at the shop said they are part of a corporation so I need to speak to their corporate office regarding a solution.

Expensive, but very good. I went for a fairly simple cut that took about 20 minutes. My hairdresser didnt hesitate to give me her opinion, which I really like: they actually understand style as opposed to just blindly agreeing with you. But all things considered, I ended up paying $27 plus a tip for a shampoo and a cut... And thats a lot. If you have a complex request, you might get your moneys worth, but not for me!

Was very disappointed with my service. Didnt get the service I normally get and didnt get what I requested. She "didnt have time". That should be no excuse. You need to schedule appointments to where you will have time to wash your clients hair if thats what they want.

Ive always been satisfied with the finished result. They, however, have HORRIBLE service. The last two times I was there I waited over TEN MINUETS at the front desk before someone acknowledged me standing there.

I had Taylor do my haircut and wax my eyebrows, she did a great job! Would definitely recommend getting a haircut here and you would be in great hands with Talyor!
