Had a great experience here. Nicki cut/styled my hair--I loved the results and I loved her personality. I prefer a stylist whos friendly, but not overly chatty. This is what I found Nicki to be. She made me feel comfortable but focused on what she was doing. I have long hair and other stylists have made me feel like the extra hair was a burden and charged me more money; instead, Nicki seemed to enjoy the challenge and looked forward to working her magic on me. I left there feeling great and turning heads. The front desk guy was also really sweet. I was a walk-in and he had no problem fitting me in. He went out of his way to make me comfortable. The hair-washing station is a little unique: you sort of lie down on this soft table instead of sit to get your hair washed. I enjoyed it. P.S. the musics great--anything from indie to rap--sounds like my Pandora station!

Let me start by saying Jamey is a miracle worker ! I came to get my botched sombre hair fixed.I didnt think it would turn out so well. Everyone in the salon were extremely hospitable.My appointment started pretty on time.Seeing how complicated the correction was going to be, Jamey immediately took over and did the entire color job herself.I really appreciated how warm and friendly she was.She was very reassuring and understood what I wanted from the pictures I showed her.She worked almost an hour and half past closing! What place in TX has the patience for that ! The end result was fabulous! I will definitely be returning in the near future.Thank you, thank you!

Fantastic place, simply put. A lot of young talent, emphasis on the talent. Very non judgmental, unlike some of the other hair studios you will go to. Jess did my cut and did a great job, left it very comfortable and easy to manage, but also up to date and not a super cuts haircut. The power went out while I was here, and it was not a big deal, I was moved to a different chair with better lighting, and they gave me a discount for the troubles, so hey, way to put the customers first. Oh and they give a 10% discount when you walk or ride your bike. Totally worth the extra effort.

Coming out of the military - haircuts have to be on point, and I usually dont trust most places to get it done right. So I got a recommendation to check out R&R and made an app t with Anthony. I shared with him what I wanted and he clearly verified what he was going to do...which is where many places miss. The service and staff was friendly and created a fun atmosphere. This is always a plus and the cut was better than I expected. Its always nice getting compliments walking around too. I have recommended this place to my friends and will continue to go here!

Too difficult to make an appointment. I did not like that as a new customer I could not just make an appointment. I had to call, give them my phone number and wait for the owner to call me back to talk about their services and staff. I am all about a salon making you feel welcome and special, but this seemed very pretentious. I waited over an hour for a call back from the owner, and by that time I had already found a fantastic place that was able to fit me in that day, no fuss.

Absolutely the best in Dallas! Ive been going to them for years and they always do an outstanding job. The salon itself is gorgeous. The chairs for hairwashing are actually beds that you lay down on so its super unique and comfortable. Robert, the owner, is always so friendly and truly cares about his customers. The only down side is parking in the area can be tough so get to your appointment early!

Tasha is absolutely the best. I moved to California a year ago and still come back to Dallas every several months for a cut and color because she is the only person I trust with my hair. Shes got an amazing eye for color and is a total sweetheart. Her biggest flaw is that shes hundreds of miles away from me now. :)

What an amazing place! First of all, every time I go I walk out with the best haircut I have ever had. They really have a passion for what they do and it shows in everything they do, from the amazing talent of the stylists to how they treat their customers. Im a lifer or a Liver!!!
