ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! As a new client via a Groupon for a Keratin treatment, I expected frizz-free hair that was soft and silky. Unfortunately, my hair only took half the treatment and was 100% silky and shiny, but not 100% frizz-free. Suzette, who is an customer-centered small business owner, has taught customer relationship skills to her staff. My stylist, Anna, gave me a fabulous haircut, but even before I left the salon, Anna said that is the Keratin treatment didnt do what I expected, just let her know. I did and Anna scheduled me for the upgraded Brazilian Blowout. I came back and Anna gave my hair the ultimate frizz-free look with the upgraded treatment and did not charge me the difference between the treatments! Both Anna and Suzette are women of their word and it is because of how they interacted with me, a new customer, they now have a loyal customer. Thank you Anna and Suzette!

Amazing service from beginning to end! I had crazy thick, frizzy hair and I really vet the people who touch my hair because of how crazy it can end up. I set up a consult and they were able to reassure me that they had the exact products I was looking for (Brazilian Blowout) and that they were able to match the haircut I was interested in and genuinely expressed how they felt the haircut would look on my face and with my hair. I set up 2 appointments, 1 for the cut and 1 for the blowout. Both appointments ran perfectly! I enjoyed the interactions I had with the entire staff and all of the clients truly enjoyed the end styles they received! I recommend them to anyone who is interested in making a major change to their hair, interested in the Brazilian Blowout, or just needs a haircut. They are worth every penny! I look forward to returning for touch ups and blowouts!!

I bought a group on coupon for keratin treatment by suzette. I went to her she offered me Brazilian blowout, in which she mention and showed me pictures that my hair will be straight for at-least 3 months. I took that offer and paid her 20$ more after buying 90$ coupon from Group on. I washed my hair 2 days later and all keratin or Brazilian blowout was gone and my hair was back to wavy hair. I called her again she told me to come 9:30 am on sat. I was there by 9:30 am and her saloon was closed. She show up like at 9:50 am and she do Brazilian treatment on my hair. I washed my hair again after 2 days and my hair was wavy again plus they became more dry and rough. I lost my smoothness of hair after 2 Brazilian treatment and they are still not straight like what she mentioned. I wasted my 150$

I have dreads and wanted the tips lightened to a reddish brown, something visible but not super noticeable. The girl who did my hair did an awesome job and she didnt even bleach my hair. I get complements from the homies all of the time.
