I got my hair cut and shampood. Lady takes me up to the front to pay and says "swipe your card." I ask "What is the total?" She repeated "Swipe your card!" When I asked again, she said the total was $50.....um what? I look at the menu board and the price should be $20. When I pointed that out she changed it. This didnt feel like an honest mistake to me...she was NOT planning on telling me the total. I had to ask multiple times for it. Sketchy. Also...she asked if I wanted my hair blow dried and I said yes please. She didnt even dry it all the way. I left with my hair wet and just combed straight back...looked hilarious actually so thanks for the laugh, I guess? Based on the experience paying and the actual haircut/shampoo/dry...Ill pass on this place.

absolutely terrible customer service. The store closes at 5pm. I called in 4:30pm to make sure they are available. Called three times, no one picked up the phone. i went in the store at 4:40pm, with no greetings they just let me sit for 10minutes. At 4:50, they came to me and asked me if i booked online. confused i asked them pardon? instead of rephrasing the wording like any professional would he threw the same question with exact words at me again three more times, each with more irritated and aggressive tone. I then told him, okay then i guess I will get come back tomorrow. I understand that everybody has their rough days, but brimg the attitude to work, and taking it out and embarassimg the customers is just very unprofessional.

Honestly, I cant complain about this place. I used to pay a bunch of money for people who could manage my ultra curly hair. I have been here three times and seen three different hair stylists, and have yet to leave with a completely jacked up cut. This is surprising to me, because i wonder how much money ive wasted in my life on specialty hair stylists. Going to go get a cut right after writing this review, hopefully I don t jinx it.

The management changed recently and everyones new. Loved the old guys. The Asian lady who did a haircut this evening was horrible. Looks like she is learning.she said she came here temporarily from another office off of teal parkway in frisco. Haircut was horrible. She was so lazy and didnt even bother to know whether the haircut was ok.never coming back.

Worst hair cut by Lexi, she is the worst and most terrible stylist I have ever seen. I do not know how the manager does not see it. She screwed up my hair so bad that I had to ask her to stop and made me look like a clown. Stay away from Lexi, if you really care about your hair.

Took my son to get his haircut yesterday, and I can honestly say it was his worst haircut ever. Weve had bad experiences with haircuts here before, but the staff turns over quite often, so we tried it again. I do not recommend this location, and we wont be going back any more.

Went in there close to 3pm and 3 ladies were ready to go home. They kept looking at each other so one of of them can cut my hair. Finally one lady decided to give me a cut, but she was in such a hurry that i regret i went there.

I Get a haircut every couple of weeks... the Recent management change has been Great!!!!! Still a great haircut...best part is i dont have to put up with them trying to sell me hair products everytime...

Kathy cuts my 2 grandsons hair and has done a great job everytime. One is 9 and the little one is 6 and both are finicky about their hair already. She has a wonderful way with boys, especially little ones.
