I never write reviews, and Im usually not super picky about hair, it does grow back. Let me tell you though my hubs took my son in for a simple mohawk type style. (It wasnt that difficult) when they got home, I was livid. Sides are really off and uneven, I had to trim pieces around his ear where they missed pieces. I wish I could post picks. My son is okay with it, of course hes ten, and cant see what I see. He did however have me redo the style, as soon as he got home because the guy didnt style it anything like it was suppose to be. Poor thing, he said, "I didnt want to say anything because I didnt want to hurt his feelings." Needless to say save your money go elsewhwere, we spent money there and now I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed or do it myself. What a waste!!

WARNING: Do not go here. My stylist was out of town for a wedding.My daughter and I got a hair cut there from two different stylist. Both cuts completely uneven. My daughters cut was even slanted sideways in the back with pieces completely missed. Found out the the General manager cut her hair. My cut look like they took a meat cleaver to it. Again uneven, and did not wash my hair even though I asked them to wash it. ( I like the full service.) I went back to complain and to receive a refund and they said it would take weeks to get it because they have to send it to corporate. They offered to re cut our hair I declined for me but said yes for my daughter. AWFUL agian! ! So choppy in the back, uneven on the sides... and SO much shorter then I wanted it.

Cannot even give this place one star. I dont know the name of the stylist who butchered mine and my daughters hair, but I dont know how she is even licensed. My daughter asked that she thin out and trim her hair, she yanked the scissors through her hair ripping it downwards with no cut or style. It looks worse than when we went in. I asked for a simple straight cut and bangs cut. Instead of cutting the bangs where I asked them to be cut, she argued and complained. I went home and trimmed my own bangs. Save your money. Should have left when she made us wait while she went outside for a smoke break.

My 5 year old son went in with a cute shaggy hair style and my husband asked for a trim and come out with a buzz cut in the back. The guy whacked it so quickly there was nothing that could be done. So disappointing for Holiday pictures!!! We will NEVER go back and I encourage anyone who goes there to make sure the person doing your hair pays attention to what you say you want. Wish I could add before and after pics to this post.

My daughter got her haircut, it looks bad! Its uneven, hair is longer on right side, they left long her. Im sorry I rather pay $5 more and travel to dallas and get it right the first time! How do they even have a license to cut hair!!!!!

The owner is appalling and rude. He flat out walked away from this counter and said someone else come deal with her. All I wanted was to proceed with the haircut rather than give my left arm in information.

Renee is rude to children, do not go here. Very inpatient and would not give the hair cut as directed. Ended up just taking her somewhere else to get it done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
