I had a great stylist at another salon but several years ago, when her price topped $30 (it is now $40) I decided I needed to find another place. I started going to Great Clips and have been incredibly impressed with the quality of cut I receive and the value. Sure, I miss having my hair washed and head massaged, and walking out with a style - and I could get those there if I wanted - but with money a concern, I have opted to buy their $10 cut cards during the holidays and just go for the cut. The amazing thing is that the quality of the cut itself is AS good or BETTER than any high-end salon. I thought maybe I was just lucky to find the one good stylist there but over the past five years, I have had 4 or 5 different stylists and they have ALL been good. Two of them are truly the best stylists I have ever had.

This place is god awful!! I got my haircut there yesterday at 5:30 and they closed at 6. I went there for a trim and hair thinning because my brothers wedding is in two weeks, they took 4 inches off a good chunk of my hair. Im never one to complain, but I decided id call. They told me to come in so I could get it fixed and then I could receive coupons. Really is that the best they have for cutting 4 inches off a chunk of my hair!!? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Check in online said 27 minutes get there in 25. Walk in no one says anything wait 10 minutes then right when there is an opening someone else who checked in online walks in with a plus one and gets right in. The online check in system is pretty spotty. I have only being going here for haircuts for the last 5 years but I am finally done. The wife has been telling me for years I need to go somewhere else anyways.

I love my hair! I waited barely 5 minutes before my stylist, I believe her name was Tasha, took care of me. Keeping conversation was easy and she gave me exactly what I wanted! I know they dont do color treatments there but she gave me advice about how to dye my hair since I mentioned it. Ill definitely be coming back!

IF YOU WANT TO GET A GOOD HAIRCUT ONE TIME AND WORST HAIRCUT THE NEXT TIME, GO THERE!!! I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL BUT I HAVE CUT MY FRIENDS HAIR AROUND 10 TIMES NOW AND THEY LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL THAN THESE CHICKS DO A HAIRCUT! THEY NEED TO PUT MORE TRAINING HOURS SERIOUSLY! SO ANNOYED..

I asked for a simple bob with layers and the final product was the right length but the layers were terrible. Uneven, did not blend well with my hair, and now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. Basically, if you pay $10 for a haircut, that is what you get...a cheap cut.

Butchered the hell out of hair, going back in morning to see what they will do about it. FURIOUS. I have naturally curly hair besides it takes my hair forever to grow out. I have chunks that are no kidding 2-3 inches long, my hair was past my shoulders when I went in!

I stopped by Great Clips on August 27th. I hadnt realized how long it had been since I last got my haircut and it was pretty rough. My stylist Holly did an awesome job helping me to decide what to do with my hair and it looks AWESOME!!! Thanks!

WORST CUT EVER!! I could of gotten a better one with "Ray Charles".... I got a simple buzz cut and they decided to go into my natural hair line witch was okay the first time but 2nd time was worse :-(

Im not sure how you cut a bad high-and-tight, but it was proven possible. Unfortunately this lesson cost me $12, but now I know to do it myself, because I cant do worse.

Ive gone here twice and my first cut was bad but thought Id give them another chance. My second haircut was even worse. These are not professionals. They suck.

Liked it, but I think if the employees could be more comfy, like wearing sweatpants, my haircut could have been even better.
