Where to begin? I have been trying so hard to find a good stylist and a good experience that was worth it. I went to Diane, many months ago and was pleased. I paid around $120 for partial highlights (with two colors) and cut and some shampoo. I made another appointment with her a couple weeks ago and got a call a couple hours before the appointment saying she wasnt there, did I want to reschedule or go with someone else? I should have re-scheduled, but I already had to move mountains to get someone to watch my babies during the specific time frame that Diane had previously said was available. So I went anyway. (I totally understand family emergencies or what have you, Im not hating on that at all) I wound up with someone that didnt sound very sure of herself and wound up talking me out what I was wanting color wise, to something much more toned down. So I agreed on partial highlights with 2 colors that I wasnt super happy with. She was nice enough as she worked on my hair, but the other two stylists that didnt have customers, were less than professional. They groaned each time the phone rang, talked bad about customers that were on the phone and the guy went in the back and put in some creepy demonic sounding trance music. I eventually asked my stylist if they could put it back on the radio. She styled my hair really well, so when I left it looked incredible, she charged me $170 but the next day revealed a boring bland color and mediocre cut. Tried to call twice and asked to speak with a manager, both times I was blown off and never received a call back. Im done with Regis. Dont waste your money here, they are too unprofessional.

Went and got my hair cut and coloured an unnatural colour on a Wednesday. Followed the directions of waiting 48 hours to wash and wash with cold water, and my colour started to fade the very next day, even before the first wash. After the first wash, Friday, my colour was almost completely gone. I called on the third day, Saturday, and there was no manager on duty, and was told a manager would be on site at 9am in two days, Monday. Went to the salon on Monday morning, just after 9am, and was told that since the manager has no clients, they would show up whenever, but was not there yet. I left my information and was told a manager would call me back. It is now 1 week and 1 day after my dye job, and I have not been contacted. I may not go back again if I can help it. Im rather upset.

Horrible service! This place hires staff like Erica that completely fail to follow your very specific instructions. Erica did what she wanted to do rather than what she was told without even asking permission to do more. My daughter (11 years old) only wanted her tips 3-4 inches to be dyed purple with semi perm. She left this place hysterically crying because Erica did over 14 inches of her hair! Clear instruction was given by both my daughter and her mother. I can not stand hairdressers that think they have free rein to do as they please without consent. Erica deserves to be strapped to a chair allowing me to shave her hair as I please! If you care about your hair I suggest taking your business somewhere else.

Have used other Regis salons in the past and figured I would give this one a go. Wrong. I asked for a wash and style (flat iron) and was quoted $25 (what I usually pay,)then am told if stylist has to go piece by piece to style - additional $12 or so. Ive never paid that. Whats the point of a style? To make matters worse my hair was exceedingly fluffy and it was a waste of having it done as it is now the next day and it looks like I did it myself. Will never return.

Jenna did a great job with my hair! I went in for a long overdue hair cut since Id been keeping it long and straightening it a lot so it wasnt in the best of shape. She took about six inches off and it looked so cute by the time she was done that my only regret was not getting it done sooner. I cant remember the name of the lady who did it but I also got my hair done here for my wedding several years ago and loved it. I would recommend Regis to anybody.

So far so good. I have been here three times. I am looking forward to my forth visit. I will have Thanh cut my hair next time and it will be my first follow up on a hair cut since 2015. I am excited. I think I found someone who understands what style I am looking for. Ive updated from four to five stars. Ive been coming to Tahn for almost a year now every three weeks. She gives great hair cuts.

I am extremely picky about my hair and who I let cut it. I went to Regis because my stylist had moved out of town. My stylist there ended up being Jennifer Jenkins. She was very attentive and she pays attention to detail. She rocked my hair and continues to do so. The other stylists are great. They have no problems giving advice if anyone needs help! I highly recommend this salon!!

Where do I start?! So I went their for a haircut for the first time and asked for a simple layered haircut. She didnt dry my hair completely, but from what I thought I saw in the salon, I thought it looked good. Once I got home and dried my hair and straightened it, my hair was horrifying to look at. Uneven layers and my hair looked so choppy. Never ever going there again!

Had platinum hair trying to go back to color near my natural medium brown hair. Got it dyed, turned out copper/mocha/red which was way to dark. Come back next day to have it fixed and now its just an awkward orange/brown color. And to top it off....a lot of my hair is now broken off at about the top of my ear!!!! Awful awful awful!!!

loved my hair and Jenn rocks! All of the other stylists that Ive met there were super nice too, and the atmosphere is great.. Im not sure who the people had before with the previous reviews but Ive seen nothing but good turn outs every time ive gone there.. and ive had some BAD experiences in the past at other places.

I had a big problem with my orange hair last night from at home hair dyeing, so I called at 9am and booked an appointment asap here only because it was close to my house. I got Ericka and absolutely fell in love. She was so sweet and fixed my hair in less than two hours!!! Im forever only coming back to this place.

My hairstylist at Regis is the best!!! Taylor is truly a professional colorist. I get my hair hi-lighted and it is always beautiful. I get complements from strangers everywhere I go. Taylor has been doing my hair for years and I have loved it since the very first day. She is wonderful.

I love KELLEA, she is the best with my hilites and color! She can do trendy funky styles and classic styles too. I have been to Regis several times and nobody has ever "fried" my hair. They always listened to what I wanted and gave me advise on what styles would look good on me; )
