I received my hair cut here a few weeks ago and had a great experience. The manager was very knowledgeable and polite even though I came in close to closing she treated me as if I had been her only customer that day. Im also a public service employee, but not entitled in thinking that I deserve a discount wherever I go. Personally I prefer to be treated like everyone else because Im not better than anyone. And I signed up for my job and all the lovely baggage that comes with it; so not getting a discount of a hair cut that wasnt going to cost more that 15 bucks wont bring me down to the level of leaving a poor review of a company because I need to feel appreciated. The service I received made me a happy customer, because thats what I am when I take off my uniform; a customer.

I am furious.. I came up last night and asked for a tapper fade..said it 3 times. The old white lady was so rude and aggressive I didnt even want to be there the second she started cutting my hair. Anyways her and the fat mexican girl were trying to get out of there she rushed my haircut not tappering just shaving it one gard all the way up the side. She clearly did not give a damn will never ever be back

Hadnt gotten a haircut in two years so I decided to give this place a go. Never again! Stylists were rude. Dont come here!! Lucy Ann Davis is too aggressive and the African American female is rude! Seriously yall need new people here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I came here the stylists were rude also. Gave me a hard time about not wanting to give my number to their system. My mother had the same issue.

Asked to have my hair cut with scissors, I guess she likes to cut hair in way that pleases HER, I had a bald spot on back of head for 2 weeks
