My toddler had a horrible experience today. He is a typical 1 1/2 year old crying during his haircut which I guess was something his stylist wasnt used to dealing with. She did a poor drop cutting his hair and even cut his ear. I was charged $13 which I would have disputed, but I had a crying, injured baby and just wanted to comfort him. The stylist never asked if he was ok or if she could get us a bandage. She was only concerned with getting her next customer. Felt like cattle (end and out as quickly as possible). I know my son and I wont be coming back. If you have a very small toddler go somewhere else they are unable to deal.

Had a horrible experience ever! Stylist was too bossy and kept turning my chair to face other customers ! I felt no privacy when my hair was getting done ! She made my hair fall on my face and i was facing the billing register where other customers are waiting ! Not the mirror !!! And she was bossy when i was not comfortable facing outside ! End result i didnt get what i wanted to fix in my hair! But what i didnt want me to look like!! May be suitable for a just another hair cut !! Will not recommend or go there anytime!

Ive found the staff at this location to be very professional for a low cost hair salon. We "check in online" using the Great Clips app (free on the app store). The app lets me know if there is a wait and for how long. My son and I get ours cut there about every month. While I have had my hair cut well by several professional stylists, I recommend Amy for her demeanor and skill.

I am so picky on my haircut, first time I told my nice stylist how I like my haircut, that was my first and last time explaining it, she does a great job every single time, there are at least 3 other great Clips near my house. But this one made me a costumer for life. Use online check in, for less waiting time

Wow the old short asian lady is blind. It was my fault for going after work and my contacts were messed up. But overall the worst haircut of my life. I did a better job with 2 mirrors and a 20 year old professional set of wahl clippers. I still had to take it to a two on top the worst part was I tipped you

For the past three times Ive come here we have had to wait over an hour to get a haircut. There are always four empty booths. Bad management. If there is always an hour wait, then hire more people to occupy all the empty booths instead of keeping 2 or 3 on staff.

Worst place to go for a haircut! Staff was extremely rude and do not follow instructions. Always in a hurry. Would not recommend to go for a haircut here.
