I have been getting my hair cut at the barber since 1959. Yup Im that old guy, the one who talks about how it use to be. My wife has always complained about how bad my last hair cut was. For the last two years however its been different. Now when I get home she grabs me and runs her fingers through my hair and just smiles. No words just a smile. Thats FIVE stars because if I set an appointment online their ready for me when I get there. If I just show up I never have to wait long. Maggie cuts my hair the same way every time, the way I like it. Thanks for the great hair cuts! Every now and then something in life requires comment.

Wait time was short. Haircut was ok. Hygiene was TERRIBLE. The lady that cut my hair had a counter full of dirty scissors and combs that she HAD NOT cleaned. She wiped her scissors on a dirty towel that was full of hair from previous clients. When I asked her if she was going to sterilize them she said she did. I said that wasnt sterilizing so she wiped them again. I asked her to please sterilize them and she finally went to get some spray. She still did not clean the comb and used it with old hair still in it. Then she asked me if I wanted her to use a new towel.....

Ive visited this location numerous times. I entered the salon with ponytail length hair to ONLY have my split ends clipped. The older gentleman stylist assured me he would do a great job. He proceeded to trim 2 inches of length from my shoulders. I told him to stop, he said "no, too long for you and continued cutting. The owner agreed hed done a horrible job & tried to "fix" my hair. The male stylist fussed & rolled his eyes the entire time the owner worked on my hair. He was unapologetic & extremely rude. Im very unhappy and will not return to this location!

I spent over 45 minutes here on Sunday waiting without even being acknowledged after checking in.. They seem disorganized, and when it takes 45 minutes, and you dont even get to go and sit down for a hair cut, that is pretty bad.. Especially when you arrived 10 minutes before opening, and people that came in after you got to go first. I will be going to the location in Firewheel, It is just a few exits north on 190, much more friendly staff there. I would recommend not going to the Rowlett location.

Ive always been able to see a stylist quickly, and have been happy with the haircuts I have received there. Adela, in particular, listens to my preferences and suggests changes that will work best with my hair. Alexis cut my daughters hair and, again, followed my daughters directions. At that point, Alexis suggested some slight changes that would be modern and on trend. She really connected with my daughters adventurous spirit and gave her an adorable style.

Have never had a bad haircut here for myself (whether rocking a long layered or short bob) or my elementary-aged son (they keep his clip-notes handy and always measure up!). Their insane coupons and sales cannot be beat. The only time i had trouble was getting them to honor a better coupon than the sale, but they cleared it up. GG (Georgia), the manager or franchiser (not sure which), Margarita (a.k.a. Margie), and Adela are our go-to favorites.

DeAnn was fabulous, from the time I walked in to the time I left it was an amazing experience. She was friendly, kind, funny, and loved her customer service. My new haircut is amazing and all I did was how her a picture and she cut it perfectly! She also offered me some product and I bought that too! Amazing experience and I will come back just for HER to cut my hair. Thank you DeAnn for the wonderful experience!! You have a client for life!

Avoid this place. I just got my haircut the other day and this asian man was so rude and was literally laughing at me when I asked him a question. I thought that was so incedibly rude and on top of everything they over charged me by $10. i was so angry at the guy that I didnt even pay attention to the amount, I just wanted to get out. DO NOT GO!

Ive been a very satisfied customer at the Liberty Grove location since it opened. The cuts Ive gotten here have equaled or exceeded the quality of cuts that I used to get at full service salons. Ive consistently gotten a great haircut at a great price at a great location - Great Clips!

My 22 mo old grandson had a haircut there last Friday. It is awful and he was so good. My daughter held him. He didnt fuss and she chopped his hair up and sideburns way above ears and are not the same. Nothing you can do but let it grow! Awful!!!!!!

Dennis was terrible, he ignored what I said. Right side longer than the left. Will never go back. Figured not worth complaining, after all, dont want someone with sharp scissors cutting your hair after letting them know how awful they did.

Bad timing to let a new stylist/barber cut hair. The day before PROM?? My boys having been going here for years and have always been extremely pleased. We will now be going to the new Great Clips at Dalrock and 66.

The hair wash was good and the lady was nice my hair turned out uneven and too short. This happened to my dad about a year ago and needless to say none of us will be going back.
