Very disappointed. I had heard good things about this place, but my experience was less than stellar. On 1/27 I had booked two 90 minute massages for my husbands 40 birthday on 2/25. I specifically requested two women masseuses. We got up early on the 25th and drove downtown from Flower Mound for our 9am appointment. (my husband is fresh out of acl surgery, so this was no easy feat). We arrived on time and then waited a good 15 minutes before admitted to the back where we were asked "who wanted man and who wanted the woman". I informed them we had requested (and been assured) there would be two women. They let me know there was not two women available. We declined to do the massage since neither one of us is comfortable with a male masseuse. When I requested a refund, I was told that the owner needed to approve it and that she would be calling on Monday 2/27 . I received no call on Monday and followed up Tuesday morning 2/28. Again was told a message would be left with the owner. I followed up again at the end of the day Tuesday, - new person at the desk had no idea what I was talking about and said they would leave another message. I had to request a refund from my credit card company this morning which they are currently processing. All in all - a very frustrating experience.

WoW!!!! spa810 provides exceptional quality result driven services at a very affordable price. All staff members are genuinely nice and that goes a long way with me. They are very educational when it comes to describing the services they have to offer especially with their world advanced technology which is virtually Pain Free Laser Hair Removal. I as a man am getting laser hair removal under my chin and was scared of the pain but I am being 100% honest when I say there was no pain at all, in fact I took a nap. All services are great from their line of facials and high notch products to their massages and laser hair treatment. Def will recommend for everyone i run in to especially if they love the model of a Massage Envy this is the future moving forward no question!

omg i had the most amazing fire & ice red carpet facial with anne, my skin was glowing and so on fleek my boyfriend wanted to get a fire and ice facial with anne too! and that speaks volumes for a man to want to come and get one too! a few weeks ago i had a micro needling done and followed it up with the fire and ice 6 weeks later and omg that is the perfect combo for your skin, you do not even have to wear foundation, this combo will have you looking flawless and radiant! love coming to spa 810 for a spa day, marcy is amazing for massages and katrice gives you pain free laser treatments with amazing results!! the front desk is so knowledgeable of the products and services and they offer you complimentary wine and champs. i am addicted to pampering myself here! xo

The people here are very nice and professional and are willing to will work with you but dont go here if you are blonde. I had 9 brazillion laser treatments done and you cant tell that I did anything. The website says their laser treats light hair and fair skin. But halfway through my treatments when I still wasnt seeing any results they said it was probably because I am blonde. First they told me 6-8 treatments to treat it but once I got to 7 didnt see any results they told me it usually takes 14. I wasnt about to pay that price over again for no results. So it was all a waste of money.

Absolutely fantastic! As a massage therapist myself I am very picky about my services. The spa810 delivers an amazing experience. The atmosphere and environment is relaxing and clean. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy about clients purchasing unexpected products or services. The therapists are skilled, professional and listen to clients needs. The prices and specials were a great value. The linens and robe were comfortable and each room was very clean, relaxing and inviting. I highly recommend spa810. I know I will return when traveling to Dallas in the future.

The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and respectful - they made me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. I heard Spa 810 started giving Restylane injections. I have never had anything like this done before so I was somewhat nervous. After a consultation with the nurse practitioner I was totally at ease! She was so sweet and so professional! I got exactly what I wanted to achieve out of it! The whole visit from the minute I walked in was a great experience! I will definitely be back for more, as well as take advantage of the other services, such as the VI Peel and hot rock massage! I cant wait!!!

Horrible!!! If I can give it no stars I would. Where do I even start? Massage was very unprofessional. When I told them I left my ring as soon as I left they quickly said no. When that was the only place I ever took it off at. No manager talked to me just some rude girl at the front desk. If you want anything stolen plus get a horrible massage go here. They are perfect for that. Thieves and liars.

Just got done with our couples massage! Got it on Groupon for $80 what a deal!!!!! Stephen was great he focus on the spots I needed it the most! It did hurt a little but I havent been regularly on top of them so i know my muscles are tense! My boyfriend enjoyed it as well really wished we had gotten the 90 min one lol nice staff and great service
