Id give negative stars if I could. Prepaid $750+ for Halo extension products and services, only to expereince an issue with the first order (wrong hair color), and far worse later. When I got to Sonias suite for my Halo follow-up after driving clear across town in bad traffic, she did not remember me or why I was there, though shed trimed, colored and consulted me on my hair only two weeks prior. She was also double booked with another client and had me wait in the hallway with my infant until she was finished. Thirty minutes later, she let me into her shop. After fumbling with her phone, she found my account and notified me that we needed to reschedule our appointment because of a color issue with my Halo, and assured me that the correct hairpiece would be in the next week. However there was no phone call prior to my appointment to notify me of the issue, or to reshedule. Sonias apology was far from sincere and her excuse was that there was an "issue" with their appointment booking system. I explained that I would not have cared as much about the mistake with the Halo order, had she / the salon called me before the appointment to let me know before I arrived. Sonia scheduled second appointment for me the following week. She also texted me the appointment time and gave me her cell number so we could keep in touch in case their appointment booking system had more "issues". The morning of my appointment I called the receptionist to confirm my correct Halo had arrived and that my appointment was still on. The receptionist confirmed. I also received a text from the salon confirming my appointment time. I then called Sonias cell to let her know I was on my way. She didnt answer so I figured she was busy with another client. I showed to the appointment about 5 minutes late due to traffic, only to find Sonias suite door was locked and the lights were off. I waited another 5 minutes and then called her cell and left a message letting her know I was waiting outside of her suite. I also then called the reception desk. At this point she was 15 minutes late and was not answering her phone and her office was still closed. The receptionist had no clue where Sonia was or why she hadnt arrived. I immediately requested a refund and was told by the receptionist that Brandon the manager was off for the day but would call me the next day. About 2 minutes after I hung up with the recptionist, Sonia texted me that her grandfather was in the hospital, and that shed be there in 5 minutes, but that she could give me a refund. Having already experienced issues with this shady salon and joke of a stylist, I wasnt about to trust a refund to come through. So I told her Id wait for her to get there. And I waited another 15 minutes before she arrived. Not to sound cold but this grandfather story sounded like a load of b.s. And if it is true, she should have had the decency to let me know she was running late - i.e. call the reception desk so I could be notified. Moreover, the least a stylist at a high end salon such as this could have offered was a glass of wine to take off the edge, yet I wasnt even offered a standard cup of water. Never have I ever worked with anyone so terribly rude or unprofessional. Ill never go back to this awful place again, even if my hair looks fabulous. The experience was not worth it, especially for $750!

I absolutely love this place! Brandon has been doing my highlights and haircuts for around 8 years now, and I couldnt be happier. He is not only extremely talented, thorough, and detail-oriented, but he is also an exceedingly warm, witty, caring, and charming person, which makes visits to BBH something I look forward to every time. I moved to the suburbs 5 years ago but will continue to make the drive to see Brandon, not only because he helps me look and feel my best, but because he is a great person and someone I love spending time with. Brandon and his team also do absolutely beautiful hair extension work. As a dermatologist, I treat patients every day who suffer from alopecia of various causes, and I have referred many of them to BBH. Brandon and his staff do an absolutely stellar job of helping these women achieve beautiful and natural results-- in a way that is safe and doesnt create any further damage to their remaining hair. I trust Brandon fully with my patients and will continue to send them his way. I have also referred many friends and family members to him, all of whom are as wild about him as I am. He and his staff do an excellent job, and as long as traffic permits, I will be a customer for life.

I cant say enough about Bigger Better Hair Salon! They are the most amazing team! I have been going for about a year and each time I leave I am more and more impressed with my amazing color, cut and style. The team is awesome! From the front desk to the assistants to stylists you are treated with respect and of course you have fun! Would highly recommend this amazing salon!

I had a wonderful experience at Bigger Better Hair Salon. It was my first time at the salon, and the first time coloring my hair in years. They really listened to me and made absolute sure I got what I wanted for my hair. Ill definitely be back!

I had the worst experience ever, my hair never gets better since he color my hair I lost all my hair, I dont know what he used and he charged me 75 extra for nothing, he said because I changed the appointment to the flowing day , such a scammer
