Be careful while visiting this location. Car break-ins are very common here. My wife experienced this while attending this locations Zumba class. The door glass was broken and personal items were taken. When the police arrived she was informed that several cars were recently hit at this location. The 24 hour fitness management is well aware of this issue but fail to inform clients of this problem. I dont personally believe that informing your clients that a smash and grab crew operate in your location is bad for business but ensures your clients safety and reminds them to remain aware. Since this incident which occurred on May 8 I found other posts on 4 square warning people of this 24hour fitness in Cypress, TX. The management doesnt really seem to care about this problem. My advice is to avoid this place or if you do pick this location, park in the front of the building. Its better lit and cameras are posted in the front. Do not park on the side of the building where most of the break-ins occur. There are no cameras there, its not well lit and is adjacent to a thick wooded area....which looks event creepier at night. You are now warned because the management will not tell you this.

This is a great gym - Im lifetime Houstonian yet travel Arizona - La - Burbank and a lot of California added , and also gone to the finest high $$ gyms added , and this I by far the best gym and best Manager ( Dan Mark ) of any of the Gym - They greet you like no other , they a you leave also greet you a bye, and then this i 1 girl is the best she gets there and picks up all the loose weights , and this is a beyond great maintained gym ( Gordie is the best ) ....also the trainers are kind and great to there clients and mostly any employee there has been there a long long time o this right there tell you this is a superb manager and superb gym . Robie a trainer is so high energy and pumps you up a motivator ! This Gym rocks trust me I seen them all - Houston to many states and this is maybe the best 24 hour gym or any gym I mean any gym so tell your friends - Join - ask for Robbie or Dan - tell them Texasbeachboy sent you - Youll be ripped in no time and great people added ! Highly recommended and im a Galleria boy but this cypress spots tops as is the Manager and hsi team ;-) Stoked

Signed up about 4 months ago and the representatives said I would be able to freeze my account whenever I wanted to without being charged and my account would be month by month basis. So I tried to freeze my account, nope not even possible then tried to cancel it, sorry apparently when I signed up the so called gentleman had me sign for a 12 months commitment. So I cant cancel without being charged with the extra months left, which is 7. That I wasnt aware of at all. Really hate how the company wont work with you even when they hired liars and untrustworthy people.

"24 Hour Fitness" but they close at 10pm? And the staff needs to work on common customer service skills. Who ever the young lady was working the desk at close was treating me like she didnt want to be there at all (around 10pm 06/27/2015). The staff at the 249 location has wonderful customer service skills.

Hope you dont need the child care, that you pay for. Because its never available. Its always full. Theres only like 10 kids, in a room that holds like 50. But if they let anyone else in, theyd have to pay another person, God forbid they actually provide the service you pay for if it costs them anything.

All the people who work there are pretty friendly. The group x teachers are great. I use a personal trainer and have had great results with that. Some equipment is rusting but its texas and with sweat and heat thats to be expected.. overall a good gym

Newer than average weight lifting equipment as well as a good range of options. Typical 2 squat racks and 1 Smith Machine, but there is usually not much of a weight during off-peak hours. Friendly staff.

Liars and cheats. Stole $1000 from my bank account but since they "cannot provide paper work" when you sign up I had "no proof" besides the bank statement. Dont give them your business

The kids room has no air conditioning! My son came out sweating and now I have to try my best to find someone to watch him instead.

Smaller but has better and newer equipment. No swimming pool so that was a let down for me.
