The reviewer who said they will rip you off is exactly right. We took everything out of storage one day and received a call because we took our lock off! $25 FEE!!! My son stored items when he went into the Army on active duty, and signed the contract. It was also signed by his mom because he was away. When finished, they insisted SHE come back to sign out by 6PM on a Saturday or they would charge another FULL MONTHS RENT. Her son was ready to leave, but she had to leave the family and drive an hour to do this. They would not fax a copy and let her fax it back. TOTALLY fee-driven, uncaring, rude, demanding and insensitive. Do NOT use this facility under any circumstances unless you want to just hand them your wallet and dont care what trumped-up charges they levy! You have been warned.

The absolute worst storage place I have ever dealt with. They are very expensive, the employees are difficult to deal with, and their corporate office are some of the rudest people I have dealt with over the phone(they hide in a mystery location in Houston and wont let you visit them). They are extremely strict on their rules/lease but will break them when it benefits them (they terminated lots of peoples leases with only 72 hour notice because they wanted to build new buildings even thought lease requires 15 days.). There are LOTS of MUCH cheaper locations nearby that actually treat you like a customer and not a number.

Horrible place. Ive been here for almost a year, never had a problem till recently. All the employees that were so sweet and caring are gone and have been replaced with men who have an authority complexes. They have been nothing but a constant inconvenience for me and my family. They gave my in laws a three days notice to remove there camper, when my inlaws told them they were out of town the response was "figure it out"and they have yet to refund them the money that is owed. Obviously this place is not reliable and they dont care about their customers. STAY AWAY, UNRELIABLE.

Metro mini storage took us in after the horrible floods happened here in Houston, and we had to evacuate our first storage unit after losing half of our stuff. They gave us a discounted rate because of the floods when no one else would and they worked with us on the exact size and unit that we needed! I would recommend metro mini storage to anyone that is looking for a local storage facility in Cypress Texas. They have great customer service and management that continuously has worked with us and has been very flexible with our needs!

Stay away. I wish I had. Nothing but headaches and grief. They will rip you off any chance they get. They will tell you one thing and do another. They will promise you free truck use but avoid this 3 mpg gas guzzler. They damaged my stuff in storage and wouldnt do anything about it. STAY AWAY

As far as storage units go; this is the place I recommend. It is clean, well lighted, access is good, and secure. The people are very friendly as well and I never had a problem.
