Not the kind of service youd expect these days....courteous, kind, professional and the facility is very clean. In our opinion, there are many reasons customer service died in this great country. The dot com era thrusted younger people into business that had no basic knowledge of customer service, nor the meaning of propriety. These days, the poor leadership weve endured has forced businesses to run skeleton crews or just hire warm bodies to open and close their doors. (Disclaimer: This is not a calling for a political debate. This is merely an opinion posted for a business.) Gone are the days of friendly dedicated employees. Well, how unexpected and comforting to get a blast from the past at Uncle Bobs. Mary is a gem, friendly and professional. Thanks for the great service! You guys go above and beyond.

When this was 4 Seasons, we had individual unit alarms for our spaces. When Uncle Bobs purchased 4 Seasons, they removed this benefit that we were paying for without notifying any customer on the premises. And to top it all off, they never reduced the monthly storage bill. Charge the same but take an important security feature from your tenants without notifying is just plain shady. The manager is great there and she is an awesome person to deal with. I have no complaints about her.

I have been a customer of this location for well over a year + I would recommend the location to any and all of my friends and family. I originally signed up when it used to be Uncle Bobs storage facility. They are a very convenient storage facility by my neighborhood. The staff is still the same as when I first signed up. I feel their storage lot is very secure! There are a lot of cameras throughout the complex and it is well maintained. Im very satisfied!

Fantastic storage unit. The staff is kind and they are always willing to help. I was in and out with the storage unit I needed in less than 30 minutes. The facility has a gated entrance with several cameras. They also have climate control which is nice. Im happy I found this storage facility. I recommend you check it out.

The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to work with customers. When one of our bad storms this year caused a ceiling leak I was contacted and quickly moved to another storage unit nearby. Glad there are conscientious employees always on-site.
