I am leaving this review not because the staff was not great, but because their website is misleading. None of the prices are for the climate controlled, nor does it give you an option to choose climate controlled and it says on the website only $1 for first month. It is very deceptive. Also, you have to pay $10 to reserve your spot and it is not credited back as the website says, the lady had to put it as a discount on my next months rent. Also, they do NOT have a free truck at this location.....as the website says they offer. I am NOT happy at all!! I went in thinking I was getting a climate controlled unit for $97 with $1 move in. When I got there, I found out that price is only for non climate controlled and at first she didnt know anything about the $1 move in and tried to make me pay a half of the 1st month. Now, I am paying $147 per month, including the $10 per month insurance that you MUST have. The lady that helped me was very sweet and tried to do the best she could to satisfy me, so the staff is awesome. Just saying.....do your research and call the company before you decide, because as I said, the website is deceptive and I would have went with a different place, but was out of time and had no choice but to settle with using them. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was happy here up until recently when someone broke into my trailer and also stole my tag. And apparently another Tennant had set trash against my trailer from their unit. It was at this time I discovered there are no security cameras on the back side of the storage facility. I am aware that they are not actually responsible for the security of the units. I was just disappointed to learn about this obvious security lapse and after spending so much money on storage I feel like I deserved more than to just be brushed off with the standard company line about how its not their responsibility.

With Andreas help, we just completed the process of consolidating and reducing the number of storage units we were using at StorQuest, resulting in a significant savings in rental fees. She was very accommodating throughout the process, offering her assistance along the way. As 12+ year customers at this storage facility, this is the level of service we have grown to expect and enjoy. The facility is always neat, clean and bug free. Andrea and staff are friendly and work hard to meet the customers needs. I would highly recommend Andrea and StorQuest for your storage needs.

I love this storage place. I came in need of a storage over a year ago and they had what i needed. I have been at the storquest storage on goslimg for over a year now and I have not been disappointed. I love all the employees and their attention to the customers. These ladies make you feel welcomed and appreciate your business. The property itself is well maintained all the time. I have never gone into the gate and been disappointed with the appearance of the property. I recommend this location for storage needs to everyone. AWESOME!!!!!#

Both Lily and Andrea were very knowledgeable and helpful. I originally had planned to rent a storage unit from a different location, and after my initial conversation with Andrea, we both agreed her unit would work much better for my needs and she gave me a much better price. Not only did I rent a storage unit, I also rented a truck from this location. I am very impressed with how nice and clean the facility is. All went as promised from your personnel. I received excellent service at this location, worked with Andrea E. to get setup with a storage bin. The rates are great for the size bin I require compared to other local facilities and the location is within 10 mins from home. The facility is clean and well kept, the hours are great and when speaking with Andrea(Mgr) she is first rate and extremely pleasant and helpful. I feel confident in storing my belonging at this location.

Ive been a rental customer at this StorQuest, and have been very pleased with their customer service and how they go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. Their office manager Andrea has been so helpful with reserving and locate a big uhaul truck and trailer for my move to Fredericksburg, TX this week. I so appreciate her help! I would highly recommend their storage facility to anyone wanting great service.

Its a new self storage building. Its StorQuest on Gosling Road. Gosling Road is under construction and its hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Its clean and there are wide roads to drive through. The storage spaces are clean and easy to open and close and lock. The staff was very helpful and informative. Was my first time here and I will come back again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I had a very difficult move to manage for a business client and these ladies made the paperwork and processing a breeze. Despite bringing them a frustrating situation, they remained calm and helpful throughout. I would recommend this storage facility to any potential business or residential clients. Lily and Andrea made my moving day go smoothly. I underestimated the amount of furniture I was moving and they allowed me to transfer to a larger unit very easily. They got me a moving truck at the last minute. I couldnt have done it without their help. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and fun.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hard to find nowadays, to say the least. From my initial inquiry phone call with Liliana to the actual signing of the agreement, both ladies Liliana and Andrea on site were very prompt and helpful. Highly recommended.

Staff, facility and location are great. Fact that facility did not flood despite the 4 feet of rain we received during hurricane Harvey is a huge plus. I have been renting storage units from these folks for years and have no complaints.

I have had units for 12-13 years. Most of the time, 2 units and sometimes 3. I have not had a problem of any kind. Andrea and her helpers are excellent. They go out of their way to help me.
