Everyone knows that moving can be really stressful! But the customer service we received from Jackie earlier today was GREAT! We had already came in late ( Around 4:45 p.m, they close @ 5) but that did not stop Jackie from being extremely helpful and friendly. Jackie juggled leasing a unit to me and dealt with 2 other customers at the same time - all with a smile! The place was really clean, prices were reasonable and the service was quick (less than 20 minutes to view and sign the lease for the unit). We ended up staying a bit after closing but Jackie didnt mind. Great service right there. Would definitely recommend Amazing Spaces to anyone in the Jersey Village area!

Weve used Amazing Spaces for several years and have been so happy with them. The facility is really well taken care of and their team is incredible and so helpful - last weekend, Nathaniel, the property manager, came to our rescue when we couldnt open our lock to our storage unit and then replaced the malfunctioning lock free of charge! We recommend Amazing Spaces to everyone.

Nathan and Jackie go above and beyond to help in any way they can. They even brought me ice-cold water when I was lugging stuff out of my storage unit on a hot August day. Cant thank them enough for how amenable they were and how pleasant they made my move!

We cancelled our storage unit here after receiving a price increase without being notified and the rats that kept entering our unit and pooping on everything we had was disgusting and the last straw.
