This storage facility has great service and competent staff. I had a very bad situation with Public Storage in Conroe and Uncle Bobs helped me out immensely so I made my deadline. I am an attorney who is helping a client who lives out of the country and have a power of attorney. The other storage facility strung me along and did not call me back, wasted a ton of my time telling me they had to get approval from their legal staff etc. With Uncle Bobs and Daniel, the manager, it was very easy, there was no delay, everything got done in a quick and easy manner. I cannot recommend them more highly. Thank you.

Used their 1488 location. Jason was "extremely" helpful as we needed a storage unit today. He explained options and offered a special for a larger unit with a lower rate (using the special). Reminded us that we needed a lock (they sell them) and renter insurance (had option to use our home insurance or theirs - they sell it 33 cents a day). He answered all my questions before I asked them plus other things I hadnt anticipated. Also, sent an email with reservation # & information. Mentioned his manager, Daniel, would be helping us. Daniel called us as well. Both very nice and helpful.

Best place Ive dealt with for storage in years. Also absolutely wonderful ladies at the desk. I always had a funny conversation with them while paying for the month. Never waited more than a minute or two to have them help me with a question.
