Its almost too good of a deal to be true. Thats exactly how I felt when I first called them, I thought it was a scam or something honestly. Im glad I tried it out anyway. The talked and walked me through the whole process. They outsource the actual movers but they only pick the best of the best movers. Everything went so smoothly and the facility my belongings were stored in was so clean and uniquely set up. The customer service was always awesome and they answer and addresss any questions or concerns you might have. If I ever need storage again its a no brainer, Im using Closetbox. Closetbox is the only way to go for storage! From the first contact until the movers arrived to pick up my things, the process was smooth and easy. The team of movers were excellent and really took the time to make sure my things were appropriately accounted for and protected. Also, the fees are very reasonable!
