The people at this location are completely incompetent and actually extremely rude to people. I had a situation where I was setting up an account for a client who lives out of the country and I have a Power of Attorney-these people strung me along for weeks, told me they were having their legal department look into it, told me it was approved and I went all the way out there-a whole afternoon wasted-only to find out that it was not approved. I had to charge my client for my time so it was a huge loss to her. Then I called the district manager who was supposed to be handling things and she never even bothered to call me back! The date for the move was looming and these people were just a nightmare. I finally got online and found another storage place- Uncle Bobs storage nearby, called the reservation place and they understood my request, I called the local manager, Daniel, and he handled it, it was no problem, no need to go to the legal department, no delay, it was all very easy and efficient, like it should have been at the other place. So we got it all done, but I would highly recommend a more competent place with people who actually care about the people they serve. You know they never even called me back or followed up. Here I was trying to give them some good business and it was not even important enough to show me or my client respect. They wasted our time and money. I have never posted a review but this was so egregious I wanted people to know how inefficient and inconsiderate these people are. Thank you.

I have been utilizing this facility for a consistent period of over ten years spread over three operators. The recent acquisition by Public Storage as facilitated a rather impressive cleanup and restoration...quite impressive. A second, at and in my view at least, has been a rather noticeable improvement in the quality of the staff representing this site. They seem to be a lot more concerned and attentive to ongoing concerns, needs or issues. There have admitted been other fine managers over the years but I found a great number of other here who were more concerned with simply having a job rather than doing a job. In this regard I have found this new manager now on site to be clearly taking the latter attitude very seriously on a totally consistent basis, so much so that I would be inclined to hire her myself. There is no better asset in a company than those who combine a great personality, a friendly can-do attitude and a desire to serve the customers who ultimately make or break the success of any firm. or break the success of any firm.

I have been a this location with Private Mini, Morning Star and now Public Storage. I wasnt notified that my units in the F and G buildings were to be vacated by the end of November until I went in to pay my November bill. I was first confronted by a very rude individual that basically said "Well you should have read your mail", at that point I was ready tell you what you could do with your storage units (after being a 6 year paying customer) When I went back into the office I met a very pleasant young lady named Nicole. With her help we were able to work things out and I decided to stay. She was very helpful and showed genuine concern for me as a customer. You may want to keep the other B*&%# away from customers. I dont know her name but I believe she is Nicoles boss. 5 stars for Nicole!

Office staff could not be more helpful, polite, good to go. Sign up bonus is a good deal. Units are clean. Gates and doors work well. Easy in and out off freeway. Gate Hours are OK, same as all other Public Storage. Clean accessible restroom. No complaints really, I have used this company over the decades many times being retired military. If I had to make a suggestion for improvement the drive up outdoor units need overhead lighting installed like the one in the Woodlands and most of them I have ever used. I do not know if the ones inside have lighting or not. The outdoor ones dont. During Winter hours that will present a problem after 5:30-6 PM.

I would like to say I have been at Morning Star Storage for many years and was told I had 1 ½ months to vacate because the building I was in was going to be renovated. I was helped by a lady Nicole that works in the office for Public Storage to help me with my transition. She was so helpful and concerned with my situation. She has such a sweet and loving attitude towards helping people! What a joy to actually find people today that really care about others and their situations. She helped to turn which could have been a bad situation into something positive. What a blessing!!! Thank you Nicole, you are awesome!!!! I would be glad to rate you 5 stars.

I just recently leased a storage building with this Public Storage location. Tammy, the property manager, was SUPER helpful. She helped me find just what I needed. She took me to look at a couple of buildings before I decided on which one to pick and she was totally patient with me. I was in and out and had all the information I needed in under an hour. I would highly recommend this location and Tammy to anybody. Great customer service. There are also great discounts on different days for different sized buildings that I would advise anyone to take if they meet your needs. You come out much cheaper than you normally would.

Much to my dismay I received a message from Public Storage last evening that there was an emergency with my unit. Since it was after 6 P.M. I had to stress about this all night. This morning I was sitting at the unit address when Haleigh came to work. Haleigh was so sympathetic too for all the trouble and was so helpful in getting the police dept. #. She helped me with the new lock. Public Storage is lucky to have Haleigh but they need to do more surveillance cameras as this has happened to others as well as me and makes me feel violated when it was so easy for someone to go through my personal things.

Was extremely impressed with the way I was taken care of. Im in the oil and gas industry and things tend to change quickly. I was in a bind and needed something immediately. I reserved a space and upon arrival discovered that it wasnt going to work. Nicole, went out of her way (the property was being refurbished at the time) to find something that would work. I was told that she would contact me when a more applicable space for what I needed became available. True to her word, I was contacted a couple of weeks later. Very impressed with the service I recieved and would highly recommend this property.

I visited this location about two weeks ago, and I was having a hard time trying to get my things into the storage space that they had offered me. Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Tammy both were a big help to my life. They tried to find something close to the first rate that I was offered, but it was no way possible that they could do that. They even offered to accommodate me when they have a opening come up for a heat efficient unit. I was very satisfied with my customer services from those two ladies and it were their break time and they worked together as a team to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks, A lot
