I Started out renting an office wharehouse from them back in March of 2010. Never late on payment but always had issues with management on times to enter and leave the property, where we could park, and always seemed like we had too many restrictions even being the most expensive in the area. After moving out of the office and into the regular units, even more problems occured. Automatic payment was taken each month from a credit card and one month a payment never went through on the first. Without me being aware of any problems, the Manager calls to let me know that a payment wasnt recieved and I was charged a late fee. They called after the 3 day grace period so that I would not have time to get the payment in before any extra charges came in... SCAM !!!! THEY ARE EVEN THE MOST UNFRIENDLY BUSINESS TO DEAL WITH. Then when moving belongings in and out of our storage unit we parked a vehicle in an empty spot away from the storage for a couple of hours while making another run. They called and told me if we didnt move our vehicle out of the parking spot that they would tow it out at our expense. REDICULOUS!!! NEVER ENDING PROBLEMS WITH THEM...

I cannot recommend this place enough! Erik, the manager, is a pleasure to work with. He remembers your name, and does everything possible to give you the best experience available. I am a researcher by nature, and I did a lot of research before making my decision to go with Metro Mini Storage. I needed to store my entire house (2,000 sq ft) while in transition. They offer alarmed, gated, climate controlled storage with a smile. My unit had two large doors so it was accessible from either end. Dont go cheap when it comes to storing your property, go with the best, and these guys are it!

BEWARE.. if you enter your info in their website they will charge you $25, claiming is a fee to get a quote/reserve your spot....I called right away after I noticed they had charged my card, and I told them I was not going to be using their storage, and I was told that they couldnt refund that money, that the website charges it automatically...so they charged their soon to be customers even without providing any service.. Quotes are for free in most storage places.. These people just want to get your money for an online quote.. when quotes are free almost every where.

Metro Mini Storage on 1488 is a great place to store your treasured belongings. The staff is helpful and courteous, many unit sizes to choose from, and it has 2 exits with easy access to 1488. The cameras and unit alarms make me feel safe having my items stored there, and the staff monitors that the units are properly secured. I will always use Metro Mini Storage when I need a storage unit because the staff cares about their customers. I always feel confident that my belongings are safe and easily accessible when I need them.

I rented here the end of 2016 and into 2017 and every member of the staff was awesome! The prices are very fair, and the facilities clean. But most important was the service. These guys were super friendly. They even called with a reminder if the rent date was getting close and I had not paid. Most would just hit you with a charge any time they could. Called to remind me even after I was moved out, to grab the lock I had forgotten. I would highly recommend this location to any one looking in the area. You wont be disappointed.

This play is AWFUL. The "management" is a joke. They will tell you all kinds of things to get you in, and when you call about moving in, suddenly everything changed. They dont even follow their own policies, and then youll be left with a bill. Also what the other commenter said also happened to me. There was a problem with our payment not being drafted and they called. On the 6th. Yet ANOTHER extra payment associated with this awful place. STAY AWAY!

Metro Mini Storage refused to accept a Notice to Vacate form today, the last day of the month!! They are trying to force us to use the unit another month. Since November 19th we have been charged 859.00 on a unit that costs 279.00/month and we were supposed to receive a free month. So for a month and a half, we were charged almost a thousand bucks and they refuse to accept notice to vacate! This was at the Magnolia 1488 location. Avoid this place!

THIS PLACE IS VERY CLEAN AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL. I would recommend this to any friend and family member. We have referred people to this location already. Very easy to get in and out and very secure. Never have had any problems with the rent being over charged or taken out the wrong time. They told me from the beginning what amount and when my rent we be drafted. Every month it is on time and the right amount. Cant say enough.

If I could have given them negative stars I would. DO NOT STORE HERE. Lovely physical space but it management and staff is worse than bad. Your money is all that they want and will use any means to get it. Tried to vacate on the 25th of the month. The deadline was 6:00 on the 25th and due to the difficulty of the website we were 25 minutes and were assessed a mounts rent even though we were out on the 27th of the mouth.

We have had our trailer park at this location since March and we have not had any problems with security or felt like our trailer was not being secured. The people at this location are fare and treat you with respect and tell you everything from the beginning. No bs here they tell you everything before you sign the dotted line. I would recommend this mini storage to anyone looking for a place to park there trailer.

I have been a tenant at Metro Mini for 2 years. The staff has always been very helpful, even giving me suggestions about how to maximize the space in my unit. I have recently inquired about moving to a different unit and Becky was very helpful, kind and courteous! She walked me through the online reservation process and has been available to answer my questions.
