While researching for the best location for a storage space near my residence, I came to Cube Smart because of the very personable reviews. Mr. Tony was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about everything pertaining to storage sizes and what Cube Smart offers, including security. I decided to explore other storage options in the area before making my final decision. I went to several storage facilities but quickly learned there was no comparison to the cleanliness, security as well as the exceptional customer service skills Mr. Tony provided. One of the other locations had the ceiling falling in and when I mentioned the bugs, I was told not to worry about it because that particular bug is a good bug. I knew I would feel apprehensive about storing my belongings as well as if I would have an insect/bug issue. I returned to Cube Smart a few days later. Mr. Tony not only assisted me with finding the perfect size storage, he went above and beyond to help me locate professional movers with reasonable prices. Thank you, Mr. Tony for your dedication to your work, people/professional customer service skills and to making what could have been a disastrous move one of the best!!!!!

Worst experience I ever had at a business. There is no signs anywhere saying the storage closes at 10:00 P.M. and that you will be locked out. We were in the middle of carrying things to the unit when all the doors closed and half our things were on the hall of the storage unit and were locked out outside the building. The manager came out and we explained the situation to the manager and he said to come back in the morning and shut the door. If management shows no concern of things being left in the open you can only imagine what the rest of the staff does. To make it even worst the exit gate does not work after 10 pm and we had to wait 30 mins until customer service was finally able to let us out the gates.

I have had a wonderful experience with the management and staff at this location. I recently moved in on August 5, 2017. Everything went smoothly from the truck rental to accessing the storage unit multiple times over the course of three days. The facility is immaculate and well run. I appreciate the assistance and the flexibility of everyone. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great storage space with great staff for your next move and transition. They just make things easy during what can be a very stressful time.

Tony is amazing ! Went out of his way to make sure my family and I were happy. This is my first experience with a storage unit and it was awesome . Please let this man know how much he is appreciated . You dont run into too many people that will go out of their way for you, and he did! GREAT location, GREAT customer service, GREAT, clean facility, GREAT PRICES and not to mention you can use their moving truck for up to 4 hours, you cant beat that anywhere else!!!
